Sabbatical Leave Report. Each employee who has been on a Sabbatical Leave shall file with the Superintendent a written report not later than 30 days after return to active duty. Such report shall contain detailed data as to the professional value of the experience gained while on leave, the manner in which such experience or knowledge gained may be used for the benefit of the students or school, and any other data necessary for a report satisfactory to the District. If any compensation has been received for any employment or appointment accepted during Sabbatical Leave, the employee’s report shall include the nature and extent of, the name and address of the employer or employers for whom the unit member may have performed, and the total amount of income received for such employment.

Sabbatical Leave Report. Within four weeks after returning to the University, faculty members and librarians receiving a sabbatical leave will submit a summary of the activities or project accomplishments during the sabbatical indicating how their goals were met. This summary shall be submitted by email to the Xxxxxxx and a copy will be uploaded to the online system by the Xxxxxxx'x Office. At the time of application for the next sabbatical, or any time preceding, the faculty member or librarian may submit one or more updates with respect to outcomes/results emanating from the previous sabbatical leave realized later than four weeks after returning to the University.

  • Medical Leave of Absence Where you have a medical leave of absence due to any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that can be expected to result in death or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than six months, and you have not returned to employment with the Company or an Affiliate, a Separation from Service has occurred on the earlier of: (A) the first day on which you would not be considered “disabled” under any disability policy of the Company or Affiliate under which you are then receiving a benefit; or (B) the first day on which your medical leave of absence period exceeds 29 months.

  • Annual Leave (a) An employee may elect with the consent of the employer, subject to the Annual Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000, to take annual leave not exceeding five days in single day periods or part thereof, in any calendar year at a time or times agreed by the parties.

  • Special Leave of Absence Teachers may be granted leaves of absence without pay for one (1) year under the following criteria:

  • Training Leave A bargaining unit member who is directed by the University to engage in specified training and/or education as a condition of continued employment will be maintained in a regular pay status for the duration of such training.

  • Medical Leave Pursuant to applicable provisions of the Civil Service Rules, County Code, and other law, medical leaves of absence will be granted by the employee’s Department Head upon request only upon submission of a doctor’s certificate or other satisfactory medical evidence of the employee’s need for such leave.

  • Maternity/Child Care Leave A. The Board agrees to provide employees with a child care leave of absence, without pay, as set forth below:
