Salary Placement/Advancement. (a) Educational classification steps on the schedule shall be based upon the teacher's education as evidenced by certification of completion of transcripts from the accredited colleges or universities which the teacher attended. Credit for education beyond a Bachelor's degree shall, with administrative approval, be allowed for all courses taken directly related to the teacher's responsibilities.
