Salary Rates and Classifications. The salary rates are attached as Appendix A. Each new employee covered by this Agreement shall be hired at the "New Hire" step of the salary range. On an employee's "anniversary date" (normally the employee's seniority date unless the employee has been on leave of absence or layoff) each year, the employee will be advanced to the next step of the salary range.

  • WAGE RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS Classifications and the hourly wage rates applicable thereto are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.
