Salary Rates and Classifications. 37.01 The job classifications and salary rates in the office shall be attached to and be part of, the agreement.
Salary Rates and Classifications. The salary rates are attached as Appendix A. Each new employee covered by this Agreement shall be hired at the "New Hire" step of the salary range. On an employee's "anniversary date" (normally the employee's seniority date unless the employee has been on leave of absence or layoff) each year, the employee will be advanced to the next step of the salary range.
