Schedule of Vacation Accrual. Full time Bargaining Unit Members accrue annual paid vacation leave credit in accordance with the following schedule: • Upon employment: eighty (80) hours • 5 years of continuous service: one hundred twenty (120) hours • 15 years of continuous service: one hundred sixty (160) hours In January of every year, up to eighty (80) hours of accrued vacation time may be sold back to the City at the Member's current rate of pay provided the Member has used at least forty (40) hours of vacation time in the preceding calendar year. This is strictly voluntary.
Schedule of Vacation Accrual. Members accrue annual paid vacation leave credit in accordance with the following schedule: ▪ Upon employment up to 5 years of continuous service a Member will earn 6.6666 hours of vacation per month ▪ 5 years up to 10 years of continuous service a Member will earn 10 hours of vacation per month ▪ 10 years of continuous service and beyond, a Member will earn 13.3333 hours of vacation per month Members may accrue no more than 240 hours of vacation leave. Those who have more than 240 hours of vacation leave at their anniversary date will forfeit all hours over that amount, unless an exception is approved by the City Administrator for good cause shown.
Schedule of Vacation Accrual. (a) All regular full-time employees shall accrue annual vacation leave at the rate per month so the following schedule holds true for continuous full-time service:

Full-time Bargaining Unit Members accrue annual vacation leave credit in accordance with the following schedule: Less than forty eight (48) months service 6.67 hours/month Forty Nine (49) to one hundred sixty eight (168) months service 10 Hours/month Over one hundred sixty eight (168) months service 13.33 Hours/month Notwithstanding the above, during the term of this Memorandum of Understanding absent any emergency or exigent circumstances, if the City intends to amend, change, modify or revise the vacation accrual schedule for any Bargaining Unit Members, the City shall notify the Lodge of any proposed change in writing at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of the future change and the City shall engage in the process of collective bargaining with the Lodge over the change. However, this shall not be construed to prevent the City from taking whatever action is necessary in order to accomplish its mission.
