Scheduling and Scheduling Coordinator. Each of Seller and Buyer shall be its own Scheduling Coordinator with respect to this Transaction or designate a qualified third party to fulfill such role. Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall designate a SC trade for delivery of Energy generated from the Project, up to the Contract Capacity, solely to Buyer’s SC (“Scheduled Energy”). Conduct of deliveries through SC-to-SC trades shall be in compliance with the CAISO Tariff. During the Delivery Term, Buyer or Buyer’s SC shall conduct all scheduling in full compliance with the applicable CAISO Tariff, protocols and scheduling practices for Energy on a Day-Ahead or Hour-Ahead basis, as such terms are defined in the CAISO Tariff.

Scheduling and Scheduling Coordinator. Each of Seller and Buyer shall be its own Scheduling Coordinator (“SC”), as such term is defined in the Agreement, with respect to this Transaction or designate a qualified third party to fulfill such role. Throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall designate all Delivered Energy to be delivered to Buyer through an SC-to-SC trade (“Scheduled Energy”). Conduct of deliveries through SC-to-SC trades shall be in compliance with the Settlement and Billing Protocol of the ISO Tariff including, but not limited to Section SBP2.14 Inter-Scheduling Coordinator Energy Trades. If the ISO designates, under a revised market design, zones or nodes which replace the NP-15 zone and zonal delivery points with a trading hub for SC trades, then deliveries for inter-SC trades shall be at such a hub, or at such other location or deemed location which the then-revised market design and ISO Tariff provide for such SC-to-SC trades for delivery to the Delivery Point specified between Buyer and Seller by further agreement or by this Agreement. Seller’s SC shall be responsible for scheduling the forecast of Delivered Energy to the Delivery Point during the applicable delivery period. During the Delivery Term, Buyer’s SC shall conduct all scheduling in full compliance with the applicable ISO Tariff, protocols and scheduling practices for day-ahead or hour-ahead energy.
Scheduling and Scheduling Coordinator. Buyer or Buyer’s designee shall be the Scheduling Coordinator for the Facility and shall be responsible for scheduling the forecast of Output to the Delivery Point during the Delivery Term. Buyer shall submit schedules, and any updates to such schedules, to the CAISO based on the Seller’s most current schedule, as submitted to Buyer in accordance with Section 16. All generation scheduling and transmission services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable operating policies, criteria, guidelines and the CAISO Tariff or its successor, and any other generally accepted operational requirements. Seller shall fulfill contractual, metering and interconnection requirements set forth in the CAISO Tariff and implementing CAISO standards and requirements, including but not limited to executing a CAISO Participating Generator Agreement, so as to be able to deliver Output to the CAISO controlled grid. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in the event Seller makes a change to its schedule on the actual date of delivery for any reason including Forced Outages (other than a scheduling change imposed by Buyer or CAISO) which results in a change to its Daily Delivery Schedules as defined in Section 16.3 (whether in part or in whole), Seller shall notify Buyer immediately by calling Buyer’s on-duty scheduling coordinator. Within two hours of the scheduling change due to Forced Outage, Seller shall submit Exhibit F: Outage Notification Form to Buyer in accordance with the instructions shown on the form. Seller shall keep Buyer informed of any developments that will affect either the duration of the outage or the availability of the Facility during or after the end of the outage.

Seller shall submit Schedules, Execution Copy and any updates to such Schedules, ") to the ISO based on the most current forecast of Delivered Energy consistent with Amendment 42 and PIRP. Xxxxx's SC shall conduct all scheduling in full compliance with the applicable Tariff, protocols and scheduling practices for day-ahead or hour-ahead energy and shall cooperate reasonably with Seller's SC to effectuate this Agreement Subject to Section 6(b), in the event that Amendment 42 or the Tariff and/or any protocols relating thereto in the future are changed, amended, modified, replaced or terminated (collectively, the "Program Modifications''), Seller and Buyer hereby agree to comply with such Program Modifications and to implement the necessary Program Modifications.

Subject to Section 3.4(b)(ii), in the event that Amendment 42, EIRP or the protocols relating thereto are materially changed, amended or modified, or replaced or terminated, Seller and Buyer hereby agree to comply with such changes, amendments or modifications or program resulting from the termination or replacement of Amendment 42, EIRP, or the protocols related thereto.

Related to Scheduling and Scheduling Coordinator

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Dispatch and Scheduling 4.3.1 The Power Producer shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable Regulations / Requirements / Guidelines of CERC / GERC / SLDC / RLDC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by SLDC / RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.

  • CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Charge The CAISO Scheduling Coordinator Charge for each Unit shall be the product of $0.31 and the Unit’s Billable MWh for the Billing Month.

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.

  • Weekend Scheduling It is the policy of the Employer to schedule those nurses who so desire every other weekend off, with the exception of those nurses who have signed an authorization to work consecutive weekends.
