Scope of Training. Describe the training using the subjects listed in the Guidelines for Supervising Surveyors and Graduate Surveyors.

Scope of Training. Append to the signed Agreement (as “Attachment A”) section 5 of the Guidelines for Supervising Surveyors, annotated if required to detail the training to be provided under this Agreement.

Visioneer will be expected to train a group of "trainers" from each HP division that is using or supporting the Program. 9.4.2. Scope of Training. The Course provides instruction and training in the concepts of Stretch to Win® Fascial Stretch Therapy™ techniques (also known as “FST™”) as described in more detail on the Institute Registration Portal, which is incorporated herein by this reference. Scope of Training. Jail staff must all be trained and authorized to handle basic security functions. Such functions include: (a) providing general supervision of housing units; (b) dealing promptly with emergency situations; (c) conducting inspections of cell door functioning; (d) conducting cell searches; (e) opening cell doors; and (f) implementing Jail policy and procedures. Jail staff must also be trained on the medical and mental health policies and procedures as detailed in Sections IV and V below. Without admitting prior deficiencies, the County of Oklahoma County will continue striving to provide constitutional standards of care to all detainees and inmates at the Jail.

Scope of Training. A. By signing this Agreement, Affiliate is not obligated to accept Program Participants on a continuous basis or more than one Program Participant at any time. Scheduling of Program Participants’ training rotations are subject to approval of Affiliate and the appropriate University program director. B. Activities performed by Program Participants covered by this Agreement will be within the established and written requirements of the degree, certification, or training being pursued and as required of every candidate for that degree or certification, as applicable. Activities performed by Program Participants covered by this Agreement are considered to be educational in nature, and therefore, no monetary compensation will be paid to the Program Participants by the Affiliate or the Affiliate’s patients. Program Participants will not have implied, presumptive or apparent authority or independent health care responsibilities for Affiliate’s patients and clients and are not to be considered as ostensible agents, independent health care providers, patients’ advocates, Affiliate's employees or agents, or individuals practicing in an extended role while participating in an education program pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. D. Program Participants will not share in either the allocation of the duty of care responsibilities, determination of service utilization, or establishment of criteria for standard of care for Affiliate's patients. Each patient’s attending physician will maintain control of his/her patient admissions, clinical diagnoses, treatment and prescriptions, and patient disposition, as well as providing patient informed consent. E. Affiliate’s patients will not be billed for services rendered either solely by the Program Participants or by Program Participants assisting the Affiliate’s professional staff. Program Participants’ involvement in the Affiliate’s patient care activities will not result in increased costs to the patients or third-party payors, in an over-utilization of services or procedures, or impact on the patients’ quality of care, freedom of choice and informed consent, or affect competition in any manner. F. Nothing in the execution of this Agreement, or in its performance, will be construed to establish an employer-employee, an agency, a partnership or a joint venture relationship between the Program Participants,...

Scope of Training. Such service training shall be designed for up to ten (10) trainees to enable Sub-Assembly Level Repair of the Product. WISTRON shall provide both theory and hands-on training, including the use of tools, diagnostic equipment, and software, and hands on training with actual Product supplied by WISTRON.

Scope of Training. Matsushita will train Rayovac's engineers or technicians to acquire sufficient knowledge, experience, and skill in manufacturing, inspecting, and testing techniques to produce commercially acceptable Contract Batteries and to operate and maintain the New Equipment efficiently. Such training will include the opportunity to discuss the use and development history of the product.

Scope of Training. The project name in this Agreement, BTEST (Testing Engineer Certificate for Computer Professional) Content Distribution, shall be the exclusive name for the technical training hereunder; 1. The content of training under this Agreement aims to teach the advanced systematic course, BTEST, to Party A, and its main technical preparation and knowledge include the following: 1) Party B shall provide Party A core content, design objectives, teaching methods, examination and certification and other aspects of the content of the systematic BTEST course for Party A to conduct relevant teaching activities; 2) Party A can learn the teaching skills and methodology to improve project experience, and Party B shall, through the training, enable the teaching stuff of Party A to master the necessary technical knowledge for teaching the BTEST course and obtain the required project experience and practical ability; 3) Party A can learn the teaching skill, and Party B shall, through the training, enable the teaching stuff of Party A to master the necessary teaching skill and methodology for career orientation in the BTEST course; 4) Party B’s proprietary Practical Performance with the Projects and Scene Teaching Method shall be adopted in the training; 5) Party B shall, base on the most up-to-date development of technology, conduct unitive update or upgrade to the training content. If Party A encounters such situation during the training cooperation hereunder, Party A will, in accordance with Party B’s requirements, have training opportunity for the new technical content.
