Scope of Training. 9.4.1. This training will include, but not be limited to, all Program features and functions, customer usability, and advanced troubleshooting based on customer support history. Visioneer will be expected to train a group of "trainers" from each HP division that is using or supporting the Program. 9.4.2. HP may further request and Visioneer shall provide additional training as reasonably necessary to inform all personnel of new program versions or enhancements.

Scope of Training. Jail staff must all be trained and authorized to handle basic security functions. Such functions include: (a) providing general supervision of housing units; (b) dealing promptly with emergency situations; (c) conducting inspections of cell door functioning; (d) conducting cell searches; (e) opening cell doors; and (f) implementing Jail policy and procedures. Jail staff must also be trained on the medical and mental health policies and procedures as detailed in Sections IV and V below. Without admitting prior deficiencies, the County of Oklahoma County will continue striving to provide constitutional standards of care to all detainees and inmates at the Jail.

Scope of Training. A. By signing this Agreement, the Affiliate agrees to accept Program Participants. If for any reason Affiliate will not be able to accept Program Participants for an upcoming semester or academic year, Affiliates agrees to give NMSU ninety days’ written notice to allow NMSU time to find alternative placements for the Programs Participants. Activities performed by Program Participants covered by this Agreement will be within the established and written requirements of the degree, certification, or training being pursued and as required of every candidate for that degree or certification, as applicable. Activities performed by Program Participants covered by this Agreement are considered to be educational in nature, and therefore, no monetary compensation will be paid to the Program Participants by the Affiliate or the Affiliate's patients. C. Program Participants will not have implied, presumptive or apparent authority or independent health care responsibilities for patients and are not to be considered as ostensible agents, independent health care providers, patients' advocates, or Affiliate's employees or agents while participating in the Program pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. D. Program Participants will not share in either the allocation of the duty of care responsibilities, determination of service utilization, or establishment of criteria for standard of care for Affiliate's patients who will continue under the exclusive management and direct control of the Affiliate and its medical staff. E. Affiliate's patients will not be billed for services rendered either solely by the Program Participants or by Program Participants assisting the Affiliate's professional staff. Program Participants' involvement in the Affiliate's patient care activities will not result in increased costs to the patients or third-party payors, in any over-utilization of services or procedures, or impact on the patients' quality of care, or freedom of choice and informed consent.
