Seasonal Part-Time Sample Clauses

Seasonal Part-Time. A seasonal position normally less than equivalent to eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week. An employee in such position will be paid on an hourly basis and all benefits will be calculated on a partial pay period, pay status basis.

Seasonal Part-Time. Members of the Bargaining Unit who are employed on an ongoing basis for at least fourteen (14) hours per week, less than twelve (12) months per year. These members work for a set period each year, for example, September to April.

Permanent part-time employees in permanent full-time positions will be treated as permanent part-time for purposes of this Article.
