Payroll Computation Procedures. (3) In the event that a less-than-full-time employee, who is regularly scheduled to work half-time or more, fails to maintain at least half-time paid regular hours because of the effect of prorated holiday time or other paid or unpaid time off, they shall be allowed to use available vacation or comp time to maintain their eligibility for benefits and the Employer’s contribution for such benefits.

Payroll Computation Procedures. Section 1. All employees shall normally be paid no later than the first of the month. When a payday occurs on Monday through Friday, payroll checks shall be released to employees on that day. When a payday falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, employee paychecks shall be made available after 8 a.m. on the last working day of the month. The release day for December's paycheck(s) dated January 1 shall be the first working day in January to avoid the risk of December's paycheck(s) being included in the prior year's earnings for tax purposes.
