Security and Liability. All local and governmental laws shall be observed during the Event in the exhibition area. The Exhibitor shall observe all safety regu- lations of the facility, directives by security personnel and Management personnel. The Exhibitor shall be liable for all damage to persons or property, economic losses which have been caused by booth construction, booth equipment, exhibits and any employees acting on its behalf. The Exhibitor shall obtain all required permits prior to the commencement of the Event and have them available for inspection by Management. Management will provide Security during the construction of and dismantling times as well as throughout the duration of the Event, but will not be liable for the loss or damage of any exhibitor property. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the show floor at any time. INSURANCE: The Exhibitor is responsible to provide sufficient insurance protection.

Security and Liability. The Lessee understands there will be no provided security for the storage unit and all property stored will be under the sole liability of the Lessee. The Lessor will not be responsible for any loss, or damages that may be incurred from the storage of property. Damages The Lessee agrees to be held solely responsible for any damages to the rented storage unit beyond normal wear and tear, as defined by law. Should damage beyond wear and tear be discovered, the Lessee agrees to pay for such damages prior to retrieving their property from the storage unit.
Security and Liability. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord and Agent have taken reasonable measures concerning the safety of the Residence and the Residence Complex to allow Tenant to protect himself or herself and his or her existing property. Landlord and Agent shall not be liable for losses or damage to Tenant’s person or property arising out of or related to theft, vandalism, criminal action, fire, or any other causes other than the negligence of Landlord. Tenant shall and does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Landlord and Agent from any liability due to loss, damage, injury or death to the person or property of Tenant, Tenant's guests, licensees or invitees present at the Residence or Residence Complex other than that caused by the negligence or intentional misconduct of Landlord. Landlord and Agent shall have no duty regarding security at the Residence or Residence Complex other than to make necessary repairs to door locks and window latches after notice from Tenant as provided in Paragraph 17 or as otherwise required by applicable law. Tenant has inspected all locks and latches and agrees same are safe and acceptable. Landlord shall have no duty to furnish security guards or additional locks, latches, or alarm systems. Upon request by Tenant, Landlord shall change Tenant’s door lock or install additional locks for a reasonable charge to Tenant so long as Landlord is provided keys to said locks. Tenant acknowledges said keys may be provided to maintenance personnel under Landlord’s supervision or pest control companies for routine pest control service. If Landlord’s employees are requested to render services not contemplated by their employment contract, such as moving vehicles or furniture, cleaning, or delivering or accepting deliveries, or engaging in decorating or assisting Tenant with aesthetic improvements to Residence at Tenant’s request, such employee shall be deemed the agent of Tenant regardless of whether payment is arranged for such service, and Tenant shall and does hereby release and indemnify Landlord from all liability regarding same. Tenant is not allowed to install additional or alternate locks on bedroom doors without the prior written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall be responsible for returning any altered or modified bedroom door locks to their original condition prior to Move-Out Inspection. Landlord reserves the right to deduct from the Security Deposit any necessary costs to return altered or modified bedroom door locks to their original condition...
Security and Liability. The property of Vendor remains in the custody of Vendor while in transit to and from the exhibit area and at all times during the Event. Neither Region 4 nor its employees or agents are in any way responsible for the safety of the property of Vendor. Vendor waives and releases any claim against Region 4 and its employees or agents for any reason including, but not limited to, damage or loss of property as a result of theft, fire, accident, vandalism, or other causes. Vendor must make provisions for the safeguarding of goods, materials, equipment, and display at all times during the Event, including obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for displays and equipment. Vendor assumes responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to Vendor’s display, equipment, and/or other property brought to the Event. Character of Exhibit and Vendor Personnel. Exhibits are subject to the approval of Region 4 and shall be consistent with the professional atmosphere of the Event. Exhibits must be staffed during exhibit hours by qualified employees or agents of Vendor. These representatives must be able to explain and/or demonstrate the products and services on display. Vendor personnel shall conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the professional atmosphere of the Event.

RE and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees shall not be liable for, and are hereby released from, any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses relating to or arising out of any injury to any personnel of the Participant or to any other person or any loss of or damage to any property of the Participant’s or any other property where such injury, loss or damage is incidental to, arises out of, or is in any way connected with the Participant’s, Participant’s agents’ or employees’ participation in IMEX in Frankfurt and their failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, and the Participant shall be responsible for any such injury, loss or damage, or any expenses relating thereto, and the Participant hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, and keep harmless RE and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees, against all such claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees and costs of litigation reasonably incurred; provided that the foregoing shall not apply to injury, loss or damage caused by or resulting from the sole negligence of RE and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees.

Security and Liability. The Committee shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or theft that may occur to the exhibitor, exhibitor’s employees or property from any cause whatsoever, prior, during or subsequent to the period covered by exhibitor agreement. The exhibitor, upon signing the agreement, expressly releases the Committee and the exhibit facility and agrees to indemnify same against any and all claims for such loss, damage or injury. However, the Committee will do all in its power to protect exhibit material against theft or damages. Exhibit area will be secured at night.

Security and Liability. Lessee understands that the Lessor does not provide any security system for the Premises. Lessee’s possessions will occupy the Premises entirely at the risk of the Lessee. Lessor is not responsible for carrying any insurance covering Lessee’s possessions. Lessee should, at his or her own expense, obtain insurance for the possessions stored at the Premises. Lessee releases Lessor from any loss, damage, claim or injury resulting from any casualty on the Premises. Lessee understands and agrees that the Lessee accepts full responsibility for any and all personal injuries or any other damages that may occur during use of the storage space, regardless of the reason. Further, Lessee agrees that Lessor, and all associated owners, agents, and employees, be held harmless for any and all injuries and damages occurring inside or outside of the Premises.

Security and Liability. Brookhaven city police will be present during festival hours and on patrol overnight. The Brookhaven-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce, Ole Brook Festival Committee, and the City of Brookhaven do not guarantee vendors against theft, loss or mysterious disappearance or damage of any type. All vendors should consult their insurance carrier for proper theft coverage as well as liability coverage.
