SELECTION OF APPRENTICES. Present trainees who are employed full-time, will be indentured in the Program.
SELECTION OF APPRENTICES. (a) Management shall select candidates for the apprenticeship program. (b) The Company will advise the General Chairman of information regarding apprenticeship opportunities.

Successful Completion of Apprenticeship Selection Test The selection test battery will be as per the traditional selection tests utilized at the operation to select apprentices since 1994, and as distributed and administered by CONIFER. Testing will be conducted on plant property or near the plant at a location suitable for such purpose. The tests will be jointly administered and marked by a Company and Union representative.

SELECTION OF APPRENTICES. SECTION 1. All apprentices will be selected from qualified applicants in accord with the seniority and job filling procedures set forth in the Labor Agreement that is in effect at the time of selection between the Parties. An apprentice or a journeyman need not be considered for selection as an apprentice in another craft classification unless the apprenticeship is in a craft classification evaluated at a higher grade than the craft classification occupied by that associate. Apprenticeship training will not be given in more than two crafts for any associate. 1.2 Present associates of the Company who desire to become apprentices will be given consideration according to standards as set forth above. Credit shall be given for work experience that is applicable to the work experience required by Article IV of this Addendum A of this Agreement, but shall not exceed one-fourth of the hours required for that program. Such experience will be evaluated by the Human Resources Department and the departmental supervisor from records shown in the applicant's Personnel File and reviewed with the Craft Representative prior to final selection. 1.3 All records pertaining to the selection of an apprentice will be maintained on file for at least two years.

The parties agree to meet with representatives of the Apprenticeship Branch for the purpose of developing an appropriate test for applicants who bid for Apprenticeship vacancies. When the test has been developed and agreed to by the parties, it will be used to test applicants prior to selection. Section 4: Age Limit There shall be no age for applicants.
