Seniority List Maintenance. (a) Seniority shall be determined by the date of hire with the Company. For those employees who transitioned from CHL to Ornge Air in 2012, their CHL Emergency Medical Services (EMS) hire date will be recognized as their date of hire with the Company. Seniority Lists that were in effect on the date Ornge Air assumed operations from CHL Emergency Medical Services (EMS) will be recognized as the basis for all challenges to seniority. (b) The Seniority List shall contain the names of all employees specifying classification, base, non-compensatory date of hire and seniority date. (c) The Company shall maintain and publish a Seniority List. The Company will provide a copy of the Seniority List upon request by a Union Representative to Labour Relations. The list is to include any additions, deletions, or changes. The Seniority List may be updated at any time. The Company shall provide a copy of the updated list. The Union will have final approval of the seniority. (d) A copy of the most recent list is to be posted on the Union Bulletin Board and is not to be removed until replaced by a corrected or new list. (e) Seniority between employees hired on the same date shall be determined by a lottery. (f) A Union Representative shall be present at all such lotteries. New hires will be advised by the Union of the method of determining seniority at the commencement of the training.

Seniority List Maintenance. 9.2.1 The Fire Chief shall prepare and maintain a Departmental Seniority list of all collective bargaining unit members ranked from most senior to most junior and said list shall include each member’s name, rank, and date of hire. 9.2.2 The Fire Chief will provide an updated list by July 1st each year to the Union President for posting on the Union Bulletin Boards.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) CSXT or NSR, directly or through their respective affiliates, may perform the work which CRC performed prior to the date of this Agreement when (A) CRC does not possess the skills needed for such work, (B) CRC lacks the necessary employees to do such work in a timely fashion, or (C) CRC does not possess the equipment needed to do such work. CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance. CRC, CSXT and NSR may agree to have additional work performed either by CSXT, NSR or their affiliates.

  • Maintenance of Seniority During unpaid leave, an eligible regular employee shall maintain accrued leave, but shall not accrue any additional leave, consistent with Article 14.1, nor accrue seniority (while on unpaid leave of thirty (30) continuous days or more), consistent with Article 7. 1. The Employer shall adjust the employee’s anniversary date to reflect any period of unpaid leave of thirty (30) continuous days or more.   • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.
