Service Compatibility. ACS shall ensure that all services, equipment, networks, software, enhancements, upgrades, modifications and other resources, including those provided by Symetra (collectively, the “Resources”), that are: (a) used by ACS to deliver the Services; or (b) approved by ACS for utilization by Symetra in connection with the Services, shall be successfully integrated and interfaced, and shall be compatible with the services, equipment, networks, software, enhancements, upgrades, modifications and other resources that are being provided to Symetra by Third Party service providers (collectively, the “Third-Party Resources”); provided, however, that any such responsibilities of ACS for Resources shall be detailed in the applicable Schedule 2. Further, ACS shall ensure that none of the Services or other items provided to Symetra by ACS shall be adversely affected by, or shall adversely affect, those of any such Third Party providers, whether as to functionality, speed, service levels, interconnectivity, reliability, availability, performance, response times or similar measures. To the extent that any interfaces need to be developed or modified in order for the Resources to integrate successfully, and be compatible with, the Third-Party Resources, ACS shall develop or modify such interfaces as part of the Services, pursuant to the process set forth in Section 2.8. If a question arises as to whether a particular defect, malfunction or other difficulty with respect to the Services was caused by Resources or by Third-Party Resources, ACS shall be responsible for correcting, at its cost, such defect, malfunction or difficulty, except to the extent that ACS can demonstrate, to Symetra’s satisfaction, by means of a Root-Cause Analysis, that the cause was not caused by Resources. In addition, ACS shall cooperate with all Third Party service providers of Symetra to coordinate its provision of the Services with the services and systems of such Third Party service providers. Further, Contractor shall ensure that none of the Services or other items provided to the County by Contractor shall be adversely affected by, or shall adversely affect, those of any such Third-Party or the County, whether as to functionality, speed, SLs, interconnectivity, reliability, availability, performance, response times, or similar measures. To the extent that any interfaces need to be developed or modified in order for the Assets to integrate successfully, and be compatible, with the Third-Party Assets, Contractor shall develop or modify such interfaces as part of the Services, pursuant to a Service Request in accordance with the process set forth in Section 11. In the event of any dispute as to whether a particular defect, malfunction, or other difficulty was caused by products or services furnished by Contractor or by products or services furnished by any provider of the Third-Party Assets, Contractor shall be responsible for correcting at its cost, such defect, malfunction, or difficulty, except to the extent that Contractor can demonstrate, to the County’s satisfaction, by means of a Root-Cause Analysis, that the cause was not a product or service furnished by Contractor. In addition, Contractor agrees that at all times during the Term it shall cooperate with Third-Parties to coordinate its provision of the Services with the services and systems of such Third-Parties. Such cooperation and access shall include: (i) facilitating with such other relevant Third-Parties the prompt and timely resolution of all problems that may arise and impact the Services or the respective use, operation, support, maintenance, or provision thereof, regardless of the actual or suspected root cause of such problems, and using all commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain the active participation, cooperation, and involvement of such other Third Parties as is required for such problem-resolution; (ii) providing applicable written information concerning any or all of the systems, data, computing environment, and technology direction used in providing the Services;

In the event of any dispute as to whether a particular defect, malfunction, or other difficulty was caused by products or services furnished by Provider or by products or services furnished by any supplier of the Third-Party Resources, Provider shall be responsible for correcting at its cost, such defect, malfunction, or difficulty, except to the extent that Provider can demonstrate, by means of a root-cause analysis, that the predominant contributing cause was not a product or service furnished by Provider. In addition, Provider agrees that at all times during the Term it shall cooperate with third-party service suppliers of Investors to coordinate its provision of the Services with the services and systems of such third-party service suppliers. Service Compatibility. 10.1. The Service Provider shall in providing the Services as envisaged in this Agreement, cooperate with all Third-Party Service Providers of SARS to coordinate its provision of the Services with the services and systems of such Third-Party Service Providers. Subject to reasonable confidentiality requirements, such cooperation will include providing:
10.1.1. applicable written information concerning any or all of the Service Provider resources, data and technology strategies used in providing the Services;
10.1.2. reasonable assistance and support services to such Third-Party Service Providers; and
10.1.3. access to systems and architecture configurations of the Service Provider to the extent reasonably required for the activities of such Third-Party Service Providers. SARS will procure that relevant Third-Party Service Providers to SARS provide the Service Provider with their reasonable cooperation, where reasonably requested by the Service Provider.
10.2. In order to prevent disruption to the Services, the Service Provider will immediately notify SARS if an act or omission of a Third-Party Service Provider may cause a problem (including a Problem) or delay in providing the Services and will work with SARS to prevent or circumvent such problem or delay.

Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that all Services, equipment, networks, software, and other resources (collectively, the "Provided Resources") utilized by Contractor or approved by Contractor for utilization by Client in connection with the Services, shall be successfully integrated and interfaced.
