DISTRICT’S ROLE Provide technical services on request, including: Evaluation of sensitive areas such as streams, floodplains, soils, slopes, wetlands, watersheds and woodlands. Slope erosion control, small drainage systems and wildlife habitat enhancements. Provide information for landowners about managing their land or water resources. Assist with development of programs and practices that address USEPA Phase II permitting obligations, including but not limited to: construction site runoff control, public education/outreach and public involvement. Administration of the Township’s Zoning Regulations pertaining to Erosion and Sediment Control Review of development plans of residential, recreation, general gradings and commercial construction, for compliance with, and universal application of the Township’s Zoning Regulations. Bi-weekly inspection of subdivisions, commercial development, and individual home lots for implementation and maintenance of approved plans for erosion and sediment control. Report to Township Zoning of non-compliant sites; presentation of District records for Township Trustees or legal counsel. Advise on planning issues, including: Local legislation to promote universal application of best management practices at construction sites, sound storm water management and protection of sensitive natural areas. Site assistance for wetland, stream mitigation and other environmental projects. Access to state and regional environmental programs, training forums and supporting grants, including the services of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Provide training and educational materials for local officials including: Presentations on local land-use issues. Seminars on resource management and land-use planning. Best management specifications; model ordinances; training tapes and public brochures. TOWNSHIP’S ROLE Recognize the environmental and economic functions of open spaces such as wetlands, stream corridors, ravines, woodlands and open fields as worthy of Township protection. Utilize technical services including reviews, evaluations, inspections, or designs for sites, or sensitive natural areas of concern to the Township. Service History. If a person other than the Dealer is to repair or replace any part included against Mechanical Breakdown under this Agreement, they must first telephone the Administrator to obtain approval for the work and to agree the costs for which the Dealer will be responsible. Please note that the Dealer will not accept responsibility for repair costs by another dealer (whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere) which exceeds the normal rate for labour charges and parts applicable in the UK at the date of breakdown. The Administrator may authorise the repair. The Administrator reserves the right to request other estimates, examine the Vehicle and/or subject the claim to expert assessment and/or to nominate the repairer. You may contact the Administrator during 9am–5pm Monday to Friday. When repairs are authorised an authority number will be given. However, admission of liability is conditional on the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Payment When the repairs have been completed, You should send the invoice to the Administrator quoting the authority number given prior to the commencement of the repairs. The invoice must give full details of the repair including all parts used in the authorised repair, labour and VAT.   • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes. 11.2 We may (i) compile statistical and other information related to the performance, operation and use of the Services, and (ii) use data from the Services in aggregated form for security and operations management, to create statistical analyses, and for research and development purposes (clauses i and ii are collectively referred to as “Service Analyses”). We may make Service Analyses publicly available; however, Service Analyses will not incorporate Your Content, Personal Data or Confidential Information in a form that could serve to identify You or any individual. We retain all intellectual property rights in Service Analyses. 11.3 We may provide You with the ability to obtain certain Oracle Software (as defined below) for use with the Services. If we provide Oracle Software to You and do not specify separate terms for such software, then such Oracle Software is provided as part of the Services and You have the non-exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use such Oracle Software, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order (except for separately licensed elements of the Oracle Software, which separately licensed elements are governed by the applicable separate terms), solely to facilitate Your use of the Services. You may allow Your Users to use the Oracle Software for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with the license terms. Your right to use any Oracle Software will terminate upon the earlier of our notice (by web posting or otherwise) or the end of the Services associated with the Oracle Software. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Oracle Software is licensed to You under separate terms, then Your use of such software is governed by the separate terms. Your right to use any part of the Oracle Software that is licensed under the separate terms is not restricted in any way by this Agreement.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Provider Network The Panel of health service Providers with which the Contractor contracts for the provision of covered services to Members and Out-of-network Providers administering services to Members.

  • Compensation for Providing Information The Party requesting Information agrees to reimburse the other Party for the reasonable out-of-pocket costs, if any, of creating, gathering and copying such Information, to the extent that such costs are incurred for the benefit of the requesting Party.

  • Downtime There may be downtime during the Migration. The duration of the downtime will depend on the amount of data that Agency is migrating. Axon will work with Agency to minimize any downtime. Any VIEVU mobile application will need to be disabled upon Migration.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.
