Sick Leave Bank Membership. Unit members entitled to sick leave are members of the sick leave bank in the following circumstances unless they opt out of participation in the bank.

Sick Leave Bank Membership. 1. Any District employee may join the Sick Leave Bank by contributing one (1) day to the Sick Leave Bank.
