SITE ISSUES. If a Party determines that the sites identified in the Technical and Implementation Documents are no longer available or desired, or if subsurface, structural, adverse environmental or latent conditions at any site differ from those indicated in the Technical and Implementation Documents, the Parties will promptly investigate the conditions and will select replacement sites or adjust the installation plans and specifications as necessary. If change in sites or adjustment to the installation plans and specifications causes a change in the cost or time to perform, the Parties will equitably amend the Contract Price, Performance Schedule, or both, by a change order.
SITE ISSUES. Where multi-sitellocationoperations currently exist, or are anticipated, either party may bring forward issues for local bargaining in accordance with the Memorandum of Conditions for Joint Bargaining. Where a new multi-site or location operation arises after the signing of the collective agreement, at the request of either party, the parties will enter into negotiations to effect an agreement to address issues. Such an agreement may encompass issues that have traditionally been deemed to be Central, subject to approval by the Central Parties. The issues appropriate for local negotiation may include, but are not restricted to: the process used to determine who works where and when, transportation allowance, cost of transportation (including parking),travel time, definition of headquarters, job posting procedure, health and safety, union committees, standby, call back, and scheduling. The Local Parties may wish to use the Flexible Tours Model Agreement to address Hours of Work. Issues that are not appropriate for local negotiation are: Layoff and Recall, Hours of Work and Overtime (unless amended through the Model Agreement with respect to Innovative Scheduling Agreement). Where the Local Parties are unable to negotiate an agreement on language that modifies central issues, the Central Parties will be invited to provide assistance. Where assistance from the Central Parties does not result in an agreement, and where the outstanding issues are only local in nature, the dispute will be resolved by Where the matters in dispute are Central in nature, the manner of dispute resolution will be determined by the Central Parties.

SITE ISSUES. A detailed site plan in respect of the carrying out and completion of the Solutions works including the following: Access: Access to the premises must be coordinated with the Customer and may not be available to all areas of the premises at particular times. The Contractor is to keep the level of visibility (personnel, equipment and work) on the premises to a minimum, in particular where it directly impacts on tenants or members of the public.

At the school sites that are listed on Exhibit A hereto, which list may be amended by The Xxxxx Initiative and the District from time to time, The Xxxxx Initiative and the District’s site personnel will enter into a Student Support Plan as to the terms and conditions upon which The Xxxxx Initiative will coordinate the delivery of existing volunteer and social services to at-risk students and their families and upon which the School will provide the essential support required to implement The Xxxxx Initiative model successfully. Such Student Support Plan will be in substantially the form of Exhibit B to this Memorandum and shall not require further approval by the District. Consultant, prior to carrying out any Services at a GSK site, shall be responsible for procuring and maintaining at all times (at Consultant’s sole expense) coverage for travel and professional liability insurance. In addition, Consultant shall at all times during the performance of the Services use reasonable efforts to ensure that he conforms in all material respects with all GSK’s policies and procedures with regard to working environment, health & safety, civil rights, security and similar matters and that the Services should be conducted in material compliance with the principles of which he has knowledge that are laid down in, where applicable, the Declaration of Helsinki, ICH GCP, FDA, local national laws and regulations of the United Kingdom and European Union, federal, state and local laws of the United States and GSK’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Consultant shall at all times during the performance of the Services comply with such reasonable requirements as may be notified to the Consultant from time to time.

If IDEMIA or Customer determines that the Sites identified in the Statement of Work are no longer available or desired, or if subsurface, structural, adverse environmental or latent conditions at any site differ from those indicated in the Statement of Work, IDEMIA and Customer will promptly investigate the conditions and will select replacement sites or adjust the installation plans and Statement of Work as necessary. If such change in Sites or adjustment to the installation plans and Statement of Work causes a change in the cost or time to perform, the parties will equitably amend the annual Service Fee or schedule, or both, by a change order.
