Site Location and Description. 2.1.1 Telegraph Bay (Kong Sin Wan) is located on the western side of Hong Kong Island (Figure 2.1) and is to be developed with luxury housing which is compatible with existing private development in this area. This forms part of the Government’s commitment regarding Flats Production Efforts, as well as the policy under the Territorial Development Strategy Review. 2.1.2 Telegraph Bay occupies a reclaimed bay with high landscape quality comprising wooded valleys slopes, streams and armoured sea frontage. The site consists of two areas. The larger northern section (proposals for 3 housing sites and 1GIC site) is located at the foot of the western slopes of Hong Kong Island, on the reclaimed site of Telegraph Bay. The southern section (1 housing site) occupies the prominent spur of headland between Waterfall Bay and Telegraph Bay.

Site Location and Description. The Environmental Consultant shall include information about the particular property site, and adjacent areas if necessary, including legal description and street address; type of property; property owner(s); improvement(s) on property; and operator(s), manager(s), tenants(s) or lessee(s) on property.
Site Location and Description. The GE facility is located in the north-central section of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, in the Berkshire Mountains. The GE facility is comprised of 254 acres. In the past 10 years, many of the buildings associated with the GE facility have been demolished. In addition, 52 acres have been transferred to PEDA for redevelop. The property generally slopes toward the Housatonic River and Unkamet Brook. Groundwater in the vicinity of the site flows predominantly toward the Housatonic River. Land use surrounding the facility is a mixture of heavy and light industrial, commercial, and residential. Residents in the area surrounding the GE facility are served by the municipal water supply.

Site Location and Description. The proposed site is approximately 12.6 acres, is of sufficient size to accommodate a future primary school building, parking, bus service, playgrounds, and associated facilities, with an approximate 2.93-acre portion to be sold to the City for a future neighborhood park. The site is located adjacent to City residential areas and is located within the Master Plan area, and the site is more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
Site Location and Description. The subject site is located in central Springfield, Missouri. The site, known as West Xxxxxxx Site #8, is present at the western end of West Xxxxxxx. Figure 1 of Appendix A provides a topographic map illustrating the general location. The subject site occupies approximately 1.24 acres of formerly commercial and industrial land. The site is currently unoccupied. Jordan Creek runs along a portion of the south boundary of the site and a drainage ditch followed by Fort Avenue run along the west boundary of the site. Adjoining properties generally include the following:  North – Railroad yard property  South – Jordan Creek and private land followed by Xx. Xxxxxx followed by railroad tracks and commercial industrial property  East – West Meadow’s Site #7 (currently undeveloped) followed by the remainder of West Xxxxxxx  West – West Meadow’s a drainage ditch followed by Fort Avenue and XxXxx’x Metal recycler. Additional areas surrounding the site generally consist of primarily commercial and light industrial land use. Figure 2 of Appendix A provides a survey map of Jordan Valley West Meadow’s Site #1 through Site #8. Figure 3 provides a survey map of Site #8.
Site Location and Description. The author describes the site as two “Management Areas”, Parcel 425 and the Residential Parcels. Parcel 425 (FOA) is currently zoned residential (RC 20). As such, Parcel 425 remedial options will need to take into account this residential zoning; if Parcel 425 is being considered for a non- residential level cleanup the appropriate environmental and zoning covenants will need to be in place prior to, or concurrently with, any remedial activities that are chosen for this property. Additionally, the author indicates that “portions” of the adjacent residential properties are part of the Residential Management Area. It is not clear whether only portions of the residential properties can be stated as they have not been fully delineated at this time. 2.
