SITE REGULATIONS. Contractor, while performing work at the job site, shall make itself aware of and abide by the Company job site regulations, if any, including without limitation environmental protection, loss control, dust control, and security, Contractor assumes full responsibility for all state and local jurisdictions for permit requirements, including all activities associated with permit filing including attempts to secure fee waivers. Company shall coordinate and shall work in concert with Contractor to secure such waviers. Company retains financial responsibility for payment of any such permitting fees. Contractor shall maintain a fully licensed and registered electrical contractor with the State of Utah throughout the term of the Contract

SITE REGULATIONS. Contractor, while performing Work at the Work Site(s), shall make itself aware of and adhere to the Company Work Site regulations, if any, including without limitation environmental protection, loss control, dust control, speed limits, safety, and security[, including, but not limited to, the provisions outlined in Exhibit E, Special Conditions at all PacifiCorp Plants].
SITE REGULATIONS. Developer Parties, while performing Work at the Site, shall comply with PacifiCorp’s Site regulations, including environmental, wildlife, and cultural resources protection, loss control, dust control, safety, and security, as well as any Site special conditions, copies of which PacifiCorp shall provide to Developer from time to time.
SITE REGULATIONS. Employer shall (directly or through a Subcontractor, advisor or agent) provide the Site Regulations and revisions thereof from time to time, and shall require the Other Subcontractors and their respective agents and employees to, (i) comply with the Site Regulations; and (ii) take all necessary precautions (as required by Applicable Law or otherwise) for the health and safety of all Persons (including Contractor’s personnel) at the Site.

SITE REGULATIONS. The Contractor complies with the Site Regulations, a copy of which is available at the Project Manager’s offices. Any subject within the authority of the Project Manager may be addressed by a Site Regulation. Before work starts on Site, a kick-off meeting is held with the Contractor and the Project Manager, to explain in detail all requirements of the Site Regulations. The Contractor is issued with a file of current Site Regulations at the project kick-off meeting. The file remains the property of the Project Manager and the Contractor is responsible for its maintenance and updating to include new or revised regulations as issued by the Project Manager during the course of the works.
SITE REGULATIONS. All pertinent regulations and rules which may be in effect at the Site regarding passes, badges, safety and proper conduct on the property shall be observed by Seller and its agents and employees.

SITE REGULATIONS. 32.1 The Contractor/Supplier shall make no delivery nor commence any Work on Site before obtaining the consent of the Company; 32.2 The Work shall be carried out with proper regard to safety and the Contractor/Supplier shall observe and conform to all statutory enactments and regulations namely :- 32.2.1 Occupational Health and Safety Act 85/1993; 32.2.2 Mine Health & Safety Act 29 of 1966; 32.2.3 Mines and Works Act 50/1991; Whichever of the above is applicable as well as any Municipal by-laws and/or regulations of local/other authorities applicable to the Work or generally to the Site where the Work is being carried out. 32.3 The Contractor/Supplier shall comply with all safety requirements and owners rules and regulations applicable to the Site and shall ensure that its employees so comply. 32.4 The cost of supplying and/or doing all things required for the above purpose being deemed to be included in the Purchase Order Price.
SITE REGULATIONS. 33.1 On or before the COMPLETION of the WORK, the CONTRACTOR shall without charge therefor tear down and remove all buildings and other temporary structures built by the CONTRACTOR, and shall remove and legally dispose of surplus material and rubbish of all kinds from any ground which it has occupied and shall leave the WORK, grounds and surroundings in a clean and neat condition.
SITE REGULATIONS. Attachmate employees performing Services on Customer premises shall observe reasonable safety and security protocols of which Attachmate is notified in writing. If after creation of a SOW Customer introduces new such requirements the parties shall in good faith mutually negotiate implementation of the requirements along with any related fee increase.
