SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTING GOALS a. The Contractor’s Small Business Subcontracting Plan dated ______ is incorporated into this contract as Section J, Attachment 10. b. It reflects a commitment to assure that small business, small disadvantaged business, small women-owned business, and service disabled veteran owned small business concerns are provided the maximum practicable opportunity as subcontractors in the performance of this Contract. The following subcontracting goals are established: · 45% of total subcontract dollars allocated to Small Business · 10% of total subcontract dollars allocated to Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Business · 5% of total subcontract dollars allocated to Women-Owned Business · 3% of total subcontract dollars allocated to Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Business c. The Contractor shall provide data on affirmative procurement, waste reduction activity, energy efficient product procurement, and ozone depleting substances in accordance with DRD TEST2-EN-01, Environmental Compliance Plan. (b) The Government remains the owner and operator of record for all environmental activities conducted at NASA owned properties unless otherwise documented in a signed agreement between NASA and the Contractor. The Contractor is advised that activities performed at JSC and associated facilities are subject to Federal, state and local regulatory agency inspections to review compliance with environmental laws and regulations. SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTING GOALS. (1) This solicitation contains FAR clause 52.219-9, “Small Business Subcontracting Plan (OCT 2015) (Alternate II) (OCT 2001). The Plan described and required by the clause, including the associated subcontracting percentage goals and subcontracting dollars, shall be submitted with the Offeror’s proposal. (2) The Contracting Officer’s assessment of appropriate subcontracting goals for this acquisition, expressed as a percent of TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE (base and all options combined), for first tier subcontractors, is as follows: Small Businesses (SB) 25.0% Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns (SDB) Concerns 5.0% Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) Concerns 15.0% Historically-Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/ Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) 0.5% HUBZone (HBZ) Small Business Concerns 3.0% Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) Concerns 5.0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Concerns 3.0% (3) The numbers above reflect the Contracting Officer’s assessment of the appropriate subcontracting goals to be achieved at the completion of contract performance. (4) Offerors are encouraged to propose goals that are equivalent to or greater than those that the Contracting Officer has recommended. However, Offerors shall perform their own independent assessments of the small business subcontracting opportunities. (5) The Plan which the Offeror submits with its proposal shall be incorporated in Section J as Attachment J.1 (a)(6) in the resulting contract. The requirements in the Plan shall flow down to large business subcontracts expected to exceed $700,000 (or $1,500,000 for construction of a public facility). Although large business subcontractors are encouraged to meet or exceed the stated goals, NASA recognizes that the subcontracting opportunities available to these subcontractors may differ from the recommended goals in the solicitation based upon the nature of their respective performance requirements. SMALL BUSINESS SUBCONTRACTING GOALS. (1) The Small Business Subcontracting Plan will be evaluated in terms of the Offeror’s proposed goals for first tier subcontractors (overall small business goal as well as goals for each small business category) in comparison to the Contracting Officer’s assessment of the appropriate subcontracting goals for this procurement. The Offeror's Small Business Subcontracting Plan will also be evaluated in terms of meeting the requirements of FAR 19.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing 5.2.1 The Parties shall jointly establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks between CLEC and CBT by which they will jointly provide Tandem-transported Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic from and to CLEC's Customers. 5.2.2 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access and non-translated Toll Free traffic (e.g., 800/888) to allow CLEC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier that is connected to the CBT access Tandem. 5.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be one-way or two-way trunks, as mutually agreed, connecting an End Office Switch that CLEC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access Service in the given LATA to an access Tandem Switch CBT utilizes to provide Exchange Access in the LATA.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan The Owner has adopted Exhibit H, Policy on Utilization of Historically Underutilized Business ("Policy"), which is incorporated herein by reference. Contractor, as a provision of the Agreement must comply with the requirements of the Policy and adhere to the HUB Subcontracting Plan submitted with Contractor's Proposal and attached as Exhibit I. No changes to the HUB Subcontracting Plan can be made by the Contractor without the prior written approval of the Owner in accordance with the Policy.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK

  • Critical Infrastructure Subcontracts For purposes of this Paragraph, the designated countries are China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and any countries lawfully designated by the Governor as a threat to critical infrastructure. Pursuant to Section 113.002 of the Business and Commerce Code, Contractor shall not enter into a subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code, in this state, other than access specifically allowed for product warranty and support purposes to any subcontractor unless (i) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of a designated country; and (ii) neither the subcontractor nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of the subcontractor or its parent company, is headquartered in a designated country. Contractor will notify the System Agency before entering into any subcontract that will provide direct or remote access to or control of critical infrastructure, as defined by Section 113.001 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code, in this state.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Subcontracting 6.1 The Grantee is responsible for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including in relation to any tasks undertaken by subcontractors. 6.2 The Grantee agrees to make available to the Commonwealth the details of any of its subcontractors engaged to perform any tasks in relation to this Agreement upon request.

  • Quality Control Program Engineer shall have a quality control program in place that ensures that all deliverable work is of high quality. Engineer shall submit a plan detailing its program to the Inspection Branch of the TxDOT Bridge Division for review and approval prior to beginning work. State may review or audit the programs.

  • Research Use Reporting To assure adherence to NIH GDS Policy, the PI agrees to provide annual Progress Updates as part of the annual Project Renewal or Project Close-out processes, prior to the expiration of the one (1) year data access period. The PI who is seeking Renewal or Close-out of a project agree to complete the appropriate online forms and provide specific information such as how the data have been used, including publications or presentations that resulted from the use of the requested dataset(s), a summary of any plans for future research use (if the PI is seeking renewal), any violations of the terms of access described within this Agreement and the implemented remediation, and information on any downstream intellectual property generated from the data. The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.
