Staff Access. The Parties agree that staff and representatives of the Parties, FTA and FRA, including authorized FTA and FRA contactors, shall, upon reasonable notice, be granted access to HTP ROW, subject to adherence at all times by the Party granted access to the directions, procedures, and safety guidelines established by the owning Party, and available protection resources, as required. Such access shall not require execution of a PTE.
Staff Access. Authorized Association representatives shall be given access to non-security and non- patient work locations during working hours to conduct Association business with employees. Within 30 days of execution hereof, the Association shall give to each concerned department head, or his authorized representative (hereinafter referred to as the "Department Head"), a written list of all such authorized representatives, which list shall be kept current by the Association. Authorized Association representatives desiring access to work locations hereunder shall give the department head (unless mutually agreed) 24-hour prior notice. In the exercise of access rights, the Association agrees its representatives will not interfere with work operations.
Staff Access. Each User will need to ensure that therapists have access to Internet and computers so that they can complete the training, access the Lead Trainer and submit treatment data for quality control and assurance.
Staff Access. Staff access to personal information will be on a ‘need to know’ basis and any specific additional restrictions agreed within agencies. Care should be taken to ensure that access to personal information is restricted on this basis. Restrictions need to be re-enforced by clear policies on confidentiality and by inclusion of appropriate confidentiality clauses in staff contracts. If temporary members of staff, volunteers, interpreters, translators or students on placement are to have access to personal information, confidentiality requirements and access arrangements must be made clear as part of their induction process. Each agency will be responsible for checking that any staff who need to access such information have current CRB checks to the required level.
Staff Access. The staff of a User may access Confidential Health Care Information through the System only by becoming a User himself/herself, and by acting in accordance with the requirements of this policy, all Facility policies, and in compliance with state and federal law. No User may use the login information of another User to access Confidential Health Care Information through the System.
Staff Access. University officials may enter the Student’s room assignment and conduct a search for purposes such as emergency, security, maintenance, to maintain order, if there is probably cause to believe that a violation of law or institutional regulations has occurred or is taking place or if imminent danger to life, health, and property is reasonably feared. For those reasons the Student is not permitted to install (or allow installation of) extra locks or dead-bolt security systems on their doors.
Staff Access. 7.1 SeatLive shall require access to the Client’s venues in support of its activities for the purposes of delivering the Services and to gain an understanding and familiarisation for its staff when communicating with the Client’s customers,
Staff Access. The City, at its sole cost and expense shall perform a criminal background check for all staff entering 27J Schools’ property. The background check shall, at a minimum meet the requirements of CRS §22-32-109.7. All City staff will wear uniform attire (shirts and hats) branded with City identification. City vehicles and equipment that are brought onto school grounds will also be branded with City identification. Vehicles most frequently used for maintenance work will be white compact or full-size pickups with city branding on or near the front passenger and drivers side doors. Vehicles should have unit numbers identifying the specific vehicle that can be used to report any concerns associated with it or it’s crew’s activities. Prior to entering onto 27J Schools’ property, while school is in session, City staff shall check in at the school front office and notify staff of its intention to enter the properties. City staff will similarly check out at the front office as City staff leave the properties. While school is out for the summer, City staff shall call school’s head custodian to notify school staff that they will be on site. City staff will similarly call the school’s head custodian to check out when they are done. The City will be granted access for vehicles and equipment as needed and will make repairs to any damages caused to 27J Schools property as a result of City activities, inside or outside the identified shared playfield areas. Only approved access routes will be used by City staff or contractors. Approved routes will remain secured as deemed necessary by City and 27J Schools. 27J Schools will provide keys/combinations to locks as needed to the City.
