Structural Inspection. A. Provide general inspection services as needed to verify reservoir appurtenances are in accordance with project documents.
Structural Inspection. Buyer may, not less than twenty (20) days prior to Closing, cause a structural inspection of the property, including the fixtures, systems, utilities and appurtenances affixed thereto or thereunto belonging. Buyer’s obligation to purchase is expressly contingent upon such inspection, if performed, revealing that the fixtures, systems, utilities and appurtenances perform the functions for which they are to be utilized.
Structural Inspection. If there are existing improvements on the property, Gafcon will recommend having a qualified engineer or building inspector determine the condition of those improvements and identify any potential problem areas, such as deferred maintenance and necessary repairs.
Structural Inspection. Consultant will coordinate with City and Contractor to perform structural inspections of the four (4) influent channels, the combined influent channel, and the Influent Pumping Station wet well. Structural inspections will be visual and will be solely intended to identify any surface level cracking or delamination of the concrete walls and floors. To establish basis for Consultant’s compensation, it is anticipated that these inspections will occur on two (2) different trips. On average, three (3) Consultants will be onsite for 8 hours per trip. SUPPLEMENT SERVICES Any work requested by City that is not included in one of the items listed above will be considered Supplement Services. Structural Inspection. The Engineer shall perform an annual structural inspection, which consists of a visual inspection of the bridge deck, deck joints, related vehicle containment elements, approach slabs, and managed lane overhead/cantilever signs.
Structural Inspection. A determination, by a New York State licensed home inspector, registered architect or licensed engineer, or other qualified person, that the premises are free from any substantial structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (including pool/hot tub/irrigation), roof covering, water or sewer defects. The term substantial to refer to any individual repair which will reasonably cost over $1500 to remedy.
