Student Staff. (1) Student Staff means part-time staff as defined in Article 5(2)(1) who at the time of conclusion of the employment contract have not completed the master (diploma) studies required for the envisaged employment. Subject to and in accordance with the employment contract they shall assist in courses in scientific / artistic work, in supporting students, in administrative tasks and in carrying out evaluation measures as well as at Medical Universities or the University of Veterinary Medicine also in unskilled clinical work in accordance with professional regulations upon their superior's/superiors' instruction. (2) The normal weekly working hours of staff as defined in paragraph (1) must not exceed 20 hours, except in the course free period. (3) Employment relationships as defined in paragraph (1) shall in any case end at the end of the term in which the master (diploma) studies are completed and not later than after a total term of four years with no notice of termination being required. Only actual contract terms which were collected after 30 September 2007 shall be credited to the total term.

Student Staff. Students employed and trained by University Housing with knowledge of campus resources and student issues, living in every Hall, available to answer questions, coordinate programming, connect residents to University of Oregon services or activities, and follow-up on student concerns, and issues, which may include written documentation. Student Staff. 6.1 Student staff are employed by DITSU CLG to carry out specific duties within DITSU’s employment structure as provided for by the DITSU Constitution. 6.2 Student Staff shall enjoy the full rights and privileges of all employees but shall be accountable to the President and Student Council in respect of all day to day aspects of their contracts of employment.  Student Staff may not campaign on an issue or in an election in a manner that is contrary to DITSU policy.  Points 5.1 to 5.8 above apply to Student Staff whilst on duty or acting as a staff member.  Student staff are precluded from raising any matters in relation to their employment with XXXXX in any public forum or meeting. 6.3 Student staff may raise complaints or grievances about their employment directly to the President and have recourse to the DITSU CLG Grievance Procedure including its appeal procedures

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work.   • Student Status Licensee must maintain status as a student registered at Cal Poly with a minimum of eight (8) Cal Poly quarter units or if a graduate student, four (4) units. Exception requests must be submitted in writing to University Housing for approval (or contact the Disability Resource Center if disability related) if Licensee falls below these minimums. Dropping below the minimum is not considered a standard for cancellation and will not release the Licensee from paying any housing-related fees.   • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees.   • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Student Teachers A. The term "student teacher" as used hereinafter shall refer to student teachers, intern teachers and all other such programs. Agreement to become a supervising teacher of a student teacher shall be strictly voluntary and is recognized not to result in such bargaining unit members becoming supervisors within the meaning of the Public Employment Relations Act (PERA). Probationary teachers are prohibited from accepting student teachers. B. It is expressly agreed that the Association may refuse to permit a bargaining unit member from supervising or directing the activities of a student teacher in the event: 1. The student teacher would displace instructional aides, para- professionals, or other current employees then employed. 2. The use of such student teacher would be used by the Employer as a basis for not hiring additional bargaining unit personnel. C. The Board shall disclose all terms of any agreement between it and any student placing institution. The terms and conditions of placement of student teachers shall be consistent with this agreement, unless otherwise agreed to by the Association. D. The supervising teacher shall have the right to accept an honorarium or other such token of appreciation as may be offered by the student/intern placing institution. E. Prior to acceptance of a student teacher, there shall be a meeting between the teacher, prospective student teacher, principal, president of the Association or an executive committee member of the Association. Following this interview, the teacher shall then have the right to accept or reject the student teacher. F. Any terms or conditions of this section not previously specified in this agreement shall be negotiated between the Board and the Association prior to implementation of future programs.

  • Orthodontics We Cover orthodontics used to help restore oral structures to health and function and to treat serious medical conditions such as: cleft palate and cleft lip; maxillary/mandibular micrognathia (underdeveloped upper or lower jaw); extreme mandibular prognathism; severe asymmetry (craniofacial anomalies); ankylosis of the temporomandibular joint; and other significant skeletal dysplasias.

  • Contractor Staff All employees of the Contractor, or of its subcontractors, who perform Project Based IT Consulting Services under the resulting Authorized User Agreement, shall possess the necessary qualifications, training, licenses, and permits as may be required within the jurisdiction where the services specified are to be provided or performed, and shall be legally entitled to work in such jurisdiction. All persons, corporations, or other legal entities that perform Services under the Contract on behalf of Contractor shall, in performing the Services, comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws concerning employment in the United States.
