Sub-Groups. 11.1 The Joint Scrutiny Councillor Group by agreement may create task and finish groups.
Sub-Groups. 3.1 EPF may appoint sub-groups (e.g. policy sub-group) to consider any issue, by agreement of both staff and management. The terms of reference will be determined by EPF and will include both management and staff members. Membership of sub-groups may also include management and staff representatives who are not EPF members.
Sub-Groups. This is an over-arching Enabling Framework Agreement. To facilitate the detailed discussions on elements of these key enabling principles, RIRG will require both Network Rail and TOCs to establish tailored bespoke sub-groups to engage those with practical experience. Joint Working Groups can provide a positive mechanism for resolving problems and finding new solutions. Both parties recognise that in order to progress reform areas with urgency, tests and trials will need to take place after appropriate, but concise discussions, with consideration given to current working agreements being paused during jointly reviewed test/trials and that meaningful consultation/negotiation as appropriate will take place once those tests and trials have satisfactorily concluded.
Sub-Groups. The Council may establish, from its own membership sub-groups as it considers necessary. Reports from the sub-groups will be submitted to the Council. The Council when establishing a sub-group may delegate special powers to the sub-group, in such cases reports to the Council will be submitted for information.
Sub-Groups. 1. The Collaboration Agreement identifies the establishment of sub-groups tasked with delivering and recommending projects incorporated within the Growth Point programme. Two sub-groups will be created with their primary responsibilities being divided based upon a split between capital and revenue projects.
2. The Board can establish additional sub-groups to deliver individual programmes as it sees fit.
3. Where new sub-groups are formed, the Board will set objectives for a project, then delegate an appropriate level of responsibility to the sub groups, but without the power to approve funding allocations. The sub group will report back on achievements and problems, so that the Board can monitor the work against the Aims and Objectives of the Central Lancashire and Blackpool Growth Point Programme. Sub-group members can be drawn from outside the membership of the Board where desirable.
Sub-Groups. 10.1. The JOSSC by agreement may create Task and Finish Groups.

The Sub-Groups may rely on the Secretariat to assist in the work which is entrusted to them, provided that the costs involved fall within the budget of the Sub-Groups as approved by the Steering Committee.
Sub-Groups. A Group may form a sub-group for any purpose. The sub-group will be governed by the same terms as the parent Group unless the sub-group is expressly formed on restricted terms (in which case such restricted terms shall apply to that sub-group).
Sub-Groups. The Child Protection Committee shall be entitled to establish such number of Sub Groups as it considers necessary for the purpose of discharging its functions. The Role, Remit, Responsibilities and Duration of these Sub Groups will be determined by the Child Protection Committee. Each Sub Group established may comprise Child Protection Committee representatives and/or other representatives nominated by services/agencies for that purpose. Each Sub Group shall elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson in the same manner as for the Child Protection Committee. Each Sub Group shall report back to the Child Protection Committee in a manner determined by the Child Protection Committee.
