Sub-Service Providers. 8.1 The inclusion of additional processors in order fulfilment (= sub-service providers) by the Contractor is only permitted with the consent of the Client. The Contractor shall notify the Client in text form in advance about the inclusion of additional sub-service providers and the transfer of Personal Data to them for processing. If the Client does not object to this use within 6 weeks after notification, the consent of the Client is deemed to be granted.
Sub-Service Providers. The Service Provider shall include all sub-Service Providers as insureds under its policies or shall furnish separate certificates and endorsements for each sub-Service Provider. All coverage for sub-Service Providers shall be subject to all of the same insurance requirements as stated herein for the Service Provider.
Sub-Service Providers. At the election of the Service Provider, the Service Provider may include all of it design professional sub-Service Providers within the terms of a Project Specific Professional Liability insurance policy, written with limits of not less than $2,000,000 per claim or per occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate applicable solely to the Work being performed under this Contract. Such coverage shall be subject to all of the requirements stated herein.
Sub-Service Providers. Notwithstanding the restrictions in Section 2.3, Xxxxxxxx agrees that Epicor may engage other Service Providers (as defined under the CCPA), to assist in providing the Services to Customer (“Sub-Service Providers”). A list of Epicor’s Sub-Service Providers can be found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/en-us/company/compliance/sub-processors/ or such other website as is designated by Epicor from time to time.
Sub-Service Providers. 3.1 The requirements set out in this Security Plan also apply to any sub-Service Providers engaged by the Service Provider to perform any of the services under the Contract.
