A. Campus-Wide Survey
1. SJSU will conduct a campus-wide survey for all Students and Employees during the 2023-2024 academic year that will include questions aimed at assessing SJSU’s effectiveness in carrying out its Title IX obligations, as well as Students’ and Employees’ knowledge of Title IX resources.
2. No later than 60 Days before the scheduled date of survey administration, SJSU will submit its proposed Title IX-related survey questions and assessment methodology to the Department for review and approval. If the Department proposes any changes within 30 Days thereafter, SJSU will resubmit for review before conducting the survey, and delay survey administration if there is insufficient time to address Department changes.
3. Within 90 Days after completion of the survey, SJSU will provide the Department with a report outlining the survey results and recommendations of next steps, if necessary, to remedy the results.
B. Student-Athlete Survey
1. During the spring semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, SJSU will conduct a survey for Student-Athletes to establish a baseline for understanding SJSU’s effectiveness in carrying out its Title IX obligations, including students’ knowledge of Title IX resources, gather information about the incidence of Sexual Harassment in Athletics, and give students the opportunity to provide feedback and input on areas for improvement. In the 2023-2024 academic year, SJSU will repeat the survey. The Title IX Coordinator will oversee the development of the survey,

Submission for Review. 1. Party A shall be specifically responsible for relevant matters related to the submission of the screenplay of this Film for review and the relevant procedures and matters following the final approval, and the relevant expenses arising therefrom will be included into the production cost of this Film, subject to the authorization of the Parties and the entry into detailed accounts. The ultimate editing right of this Film shall remain with the Parties, and any difference in opinions shall be resolved by the Parties according to the needs of release and review opinions of Film Bureau, SARFT.
2. Subject to the examination and approval of the Parties, Party A shall submit mixed copies to the Film Bureau for final examination, while it shall be Party B’s liability to assist Party A in obtaining the final approval of the Film Bureau for this Film and the release permit, and the finished film shall be the copy finally approved by the Film Bureau.
3. In case this Film needs to be revised prior to the release as required by relevant departments under SARFT, Party A must implement such revision in order to ensure that this Film can pass the final examination successfully.

Submission for Review. Each PARTY (the "Publishing PARTY") agrees to submit to the other PARTY (the "Reviewing PARTY") for review, an early draft of each:
(i) Article or manuscript first disclosing or describing any NEOGENOMICS MATERIALS or RESEARCH RESULTS at least thirty (30) days prior to Publishing PARTY's planned submission for publication; and
(ii) Abstract, oral presentation or poster disclosing or describing any NEOGENOMICS MATERIALS or RESEARCH RESULTS at least seven (7) days prior to Publishing PARTY's planned submission for publication (each such thirty (30) day or seven (7) day period, a "Review Period" and each such early draft, a "Prospective Publication").
Submission for Review. The submission of this Lease for examination does not constitute a reservation of or an option for the Premises. This Lease shall become effective according to its terms only upon execution in full by all parties and its delivery by Landlord to Tenant.

Without limiting the provisions of Section 1.2, Company shall submit to Aventis drafts of all written, printed, digital text or graphic, or other viewable or readable Deliverables ("Draft Deliverables") (a) that (i) directly or indirectly reference Aventis or its products (including references or use of trademarks, tradenames, logos and similar items) and (ii) are intended for distribution by Aventis or Company either internally or externally to third parties, or (b) as otherwise directed by Aventis. Draft Deliverables shall be reviewed and approved by Aventis for accuracy and appropriateness pursuant to Aventis' internal policies and procedures. Only Draft Deliverables that have been reviewed and finally approved by Aventis in writing shall be deemed "Approved Copy".
Submission for Review. At least sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of each calendar year, or at least thirty (30) days prior to the completion of construction of the first building in the Shopping Center, Manager shall submit to the Owners an estimated budget (“Common Facilities Budget”) for the projected Operating Costs, Management Fee and Common Facilities Charges for the ensuing calendar year (or, in the case of an initial partial calendar year, that ensuing partial year). The Common Facilities Budget shall identify separate cost estimates for major categories in accordance with good shopping center management practice.
