SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES. The Eligible Installer must be present on site for or ensure that another Eligible Installer is present for a minimum of the assembling and erecting of the wind turbine and tower, and the wind energy system commissioning.

26.02 Members of CUPE Local 1011 shall not be assigned general student supervision where supervision is not a core duty of that classification. This does not diminish any employee’s obligation to assist in emergency situations under the Safe Schools Act.
SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES. Supervision time is defined as the time Teachers are assigned to supervise students outside of the three hundred (300) minute instructional day. The Principal shall distribute supervision responsibilities equitably in consultation with the Teachers concerned.
(i) The Board shall ensure that no Teacher be assigned supervision duties in excess of eighty (80) minutes per five (5) instructional days.
(ii) Elementary Teachers shall be available to students in their classroom fifteen (15) minutes prior to the first scheduled class of the day. Such time shall not constitute supervision/on-call or instructional time. Any assigned supervision duty during the times as outlined above, such as but not limited to, bus duty, hall duty and/or yard duty shall constitute supervision/on-call time for the purpose of the minutes of supervision/on- call maxima as set out herein.
SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES. Forepersons and Lead Hands shall be designated by the employer based on their experience and leadership qualities; to include the complexity of a project(s) from start to finish. All forepersons positions shall be considered as a Working Foreperson.

(iii) Effective September 1, 2010, the Board shall ensure that no Teacher be assigned supervision duties in excess of eighty (80) minutes per five (5) instructional days.

(i) By October 1, the Board shall provide to the Unit a copy of the schedules showing when preparation and planning times and lunch times are scheduled for all elementary schools for the current school year.
(ii) If there is a dispute with respect to any of the aforementioned timetables, the parties shall meet within fifteen (15) calendar days following receipt of the schedules by the Teachers to discuss the matter. If the issue(s) remains unresolved by November 1, unless agreed otherwise by the parties in writing, either party may refer the matter within ten (10) days thereafter to arbitration.

The Organisation must ensure that staff supervising the student are appropriately qualified and experienced and that the tasks and responsibilities assigned are appropriate to the student’s skills and experience. The Organisation must ensure that during the placement UNSW is able on request to inspect the workplace and meet with the student and any supervisor as it reasonably requires.
