SUPPORT STAFF - WORK YEAR. The work year, subject to the Board’s right to abolish and create positions, shall be as follows: 1. Custodians – 12 months 2. Tier I and Tier II Aides – Student calendar. Additional hours may be assigned as requested by the administration on a pro-rated hourly basis. 3. Cafeteria Aides and Other Support Personnel – Student calendar on days when lunch is served; plus an orientation day and/or clean-up day, as assigned.

SUPPORT STAFF - WORK YEAR. A. The parties agree that the work year for support staff shall coincide with teacher attendance days as set forth in the school year calendar. The work year shall consist of no more than 180 workdays. B. Support staff employees required to work more than 180 days, shall be compensated an additional 1/180th of their regularly scheduled salary for each day beyond the regular work year.

SUPPORT STAFF - WORK YEAR. 1.a. The work year for ten (10) month bus drivers shall be one hundred eighty-three (183) days and shall run between September 1 through June 30. In addition, annual base pay shall include the first ten (10) days' vacation. Vacation amounts above ten (10) days per year shall be paid to employees in a separate check in June of each year. The work year for twelve (12) month unit members shall be from July 1 through June 30.

SECRETARIES WORK YEAR 1. The work year for secretaries is July 1 to June 30 of the following year. 2. Secretaries shall work the same calendar as teachers during the school year, however, it is expressly understood this shall not affect secretaries scheduled to work the summer months. 3. The Friday immediately following Labor Day for 2020 will be an early dismissal for secretarial staff. C. CUSTODIANS WORK YEAR

  • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.

  • Office and Support Staff During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to an office or offices of a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to exclusive personal secretarial and other assistance, at least equal to the most favorable of the foregoing provided to the Executive by the Company and its affiliated companies at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as provided generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Project Staff Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the JBE with regard to assignment of its employees. The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the JBE’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or

  • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • General Scope of Work The Scope of Work and projected level of effort required for these SERVICES is described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this AGREEMENT. The General Scope of Work was developed utilizing performance based contracting methodologies.

  • 000 SCOPE OF WORK 5. 100 The scope of this Agreement covers all work of a maintenance, repair and renovation nature, assigned by the Owner to the Company and performed by the employees of the Company covered by this Agreement, within the limits of the Owner's plant site.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Scope of Work For the 2022/2023 Grant Period, the Provider will maintain a victim services program that will be available to provide direct services to victims of crime who are identified by the Provider or are presented to the Provider, as specified in the Provider’s 2022/2023 Grant Application as approved by the OAG and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.
