Systems Change. Where positions have been abolished because of a systems change, all possible consideration will be given to transfer employees to comparable jobs with the Employer in accordance with Article 8. Furthermore, every consideration will be given, whenever practical and feasible, to train qualified employees by seniority for new positions created by a systems change.

Systems Change. An employee whose job has undergone substantial change resulting in a decline in work performance from satisfactory levels to unsatisfactory levels may request and receive a written performance improvement plan. Additional on-the-job training may be provided if appropriate in the judgment of the Employer. Alternately, the employee shall be permitted to transfer to temporary status and shall then be eligible to apply for any vacant position for which the employee is qualified. The employee shall be responsible for identifying and applying for such vacancies.
Systems Change. The Parties shall use the Systems Change Control Procedure where changes or modifications are requested which do not require significant change to Services or Service Levels, but which changes usually need to be installed or implemented when the system is down or inactive. Examples of such system changes include initialization of system files, hardware replacements, cabling changes, or system software upgrades.
Systems Change. Remove milkweed from the list of noxious plants in city weed / landscaping ordinances (if applicable).
Systems Change a. In the event of major technological, reorganization, or system changes affecting bargaining unit positions including, but not limited to, the introduction of data processing equipment, computers or automated equipment, the Employer agrees to notify the Union as soon as the Employer decides the change will be implemented prior to implementing such changes. In addition, the Employer agrees to discuss the effects of the change with the Union on bargaining unit positions and negotiate new wage rates for affected positions or new positions if appropriate. b. The Employer agrees to institute a reasonable training program for displaced employees who, with the training, could qualify for available employment in any positions created as a result of the change. Employees to be displaced shall be given first opportunity to qualify for the new positions. c. In the event an employee is unsuccessful filling a bargaining unit position which has been modified by a systems change and no alternative position is available for which the employee is qualified, the employee will be considered in layoff status. A layoff which is the result of a systems change shall only be considered if no other alternative position is available for which the employee is qualified.

  • Address Changes The parties agree to promptly notify each other of any change of address.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account. Room changes that are not authorized by College Housing will result in a fine as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.

  • TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE 45.1 The parties have agreed that in cases where, as a result of technological change, the services of an employee are no longer required beyond a specified date because of lack of work or the discontinuance of a function, the Work Force Adjustment Policy concluded by the parties will apply. In all other cases, the following clauses will apply: 45.2 In this Article "Technological Change" means:

  • Common Areas - Changes Lessor shall have the right, in Lessor's sole discretion, from time to time: (a) To make changes to the Common Areas, including, without limitation, changes in the location, size, shape and number of driveways, entrances, parking spaces, parking areas, loading and unloading areas, ingress, egress, direction of traffic, landscaped areas, walkways and utility raceways; (b) To close temporarily any of the Common Areas for maintenance purposes so long as reasonable access to the Premises remains available; (c) To designate other land outside the boundaries of the Industrial Center to be a part of the Common Areas; (d) To add additional buildings and improvements to the Common Areas; (e) To use the Common Areas while engaged in making additional improvements, repairs or alterations to the Industrial Center, or any portion thereof; and (f) To do and perform such other acts and make such other changes in, to or with respect to the Common Areas and Industrial Center as Lessor may, in the exercise of sound business judgment, deem to be appropriate.

  • Corporate Structure The corporate structure, capital structure and other material debt instruments, material accounts and governing documents of the Borrowers and their Affiliates shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
