Systems Operations. Buyer and XXXX, at their own expense, shall provide and maintain the equipment, software, services and testing necessary to effectively and reliably transmit and receive documents.
Systems Operations. WizCom shall perform the systems processing operations functions as necessary to operate the Systems in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Such functions shall include:
a. Provide the availability of, monitor, and process on-line and batch Applications, including scheduled, unscheduled and on-request Applications development/maintenance functions as well as Avis end-user initiated processing.
b. Provide support for test and production environments including Applications program testing submitted by the Applications development/maintenance personnel of WizCom.
c. Provide a secure computer room operations environment.
d. Provide appropriate information system tools (e.g., report generation) to assist Avis in accessing Avis Data.
e. Maintain networking software. WizCom shall use such networking software as is reasonably necessary to meet Avis's business requirements.
f. Operate the Systems and, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, Avis Software, as designated from time to time by Avis.
g. Schedule routine systems maintenance (currently approximately two to six hours monthly) to accomplish such tasks as security table implementation and/or hardware or software changes.
(1) WizCom shall publish, at least three months in advance, a schedule of scheduled system outages. Routine systems maintenance shall be scheduled for and performed on an alternating basis every two weeks during the following time periods: (i) commencing at 12:00 a.m. for a period of two to three hours, or (ii) commencing at 3:00 a.m. for a period of two to three hours on Sunday (Eastern Standard Time). WizCom may deviate from this schedule with Avis's prior approval.
(2) Additionally, WizCom shall give Avis notice as soon as practicable, and where possible not less than 24 hours in advance, of system outages that WizCom determines must occur outside of the time frames described in item (1) which outages shall, to the extent within WizCom's reasonable control, be scheduled during hours that minimize disruption to Avis's business.
(3) No more than twice per year, WizCom may plan a system outage of 24 hours duration to perform required maintenance, backup and upgrade activities. WizCom shall schedule such 24-hour outages at least two months in advance, which schedule shall be set as mutually agreed by the Parties. WizCom may deviate from such schedule with Avis's approval.

Systems Operations. Compensation for Systems Operations position shall be $500 per school year. The Systems Operations individual should work at or be assigned to the school for which he/she serves as Systems Operations individual.

These manuals must include, but not necessarily be limited to, the types of information below: • A description of how to use the System based on User roles and responsibilities. • A list of prebuilt reports and their descriptions. • A description of all screens and how they are interrelated. • A description of all help and navigation functions and how to use them. • A complete list of error messages, their descriptions, and how to resolve the errors. • A list of all included System Documentation and its use. • How to troubleshoot common System problems. • A description of the key data tables, elements, and their contents. • How to perform System maintenance functions like data backup and recovery, run batch processes (if applicable), perform data cleanup, and Administer User accounts and permissions. • How to troubleshoot common System problems. • A listing of all logs and how to interpret them. • Key System capacity management considerations. • Key security management functionality. • Contact information for receiving support. • Where to find disaster recovery and business continuity information related to the System. • A listing of System interfaces and how to troubleshoot communications problems. • File descriptions. • System and Environment configuration baseline. ✓ Agency-accepted DED. ✓ Deliverable contains all criteria agreed- upon in the DED. ✓ Agency PM approval.
Systems Operations. During the term of this Agreement, PODS will assume operational responsibility for the Westar Equipment and Westar Systems and will operate all Westar Equipment and each Westar System, all at the service levels established therefor from time to time pursuant to the IT Services Addendum. In connection with the operation of such Westar Equipment and Westar Systems and to the extent so required to meet the service levels so established with respect thereto, PODS will perform the various systems operation activities being performed by Westar immediately prior to the Effective Date, which activities are listed in the IT Services Addendum.
