Required Maintenance. Broadvoice and its underlying provider will need periodic access for inspection, operation, and maintenance of the Network. Except in emergency situations, Broadvoice will obtain approval from Subscriber (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) before entering Subscriber Premises. At Broadvoice's request, Subscriber, or a representative designated by Subscriber, will accompany Broadvoice's employees or agents into any unoccupied unit for any purpose relating to the Equipment.

Required Maintenance. To the extent we are doing scheduled maintenance, Alteva will provide advance notice. Alteva reserves the right to perform unplanned maintenance on or upgrade (collectively, the “Maintenance”) the Network, infrastructure, Website, Services, Equipment and Customer’s Account, without prior notice or liability to Customer, even if the Maintenance causes a partial or full disruption of the Services; provided, however, and subject to Alteva’s business needs, Alteva shall use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Maintenance in a manner so as to avoid unduly interfering with Customer’s use of the Services.

Required Maintenance. Once each year during the Recipient’s ownership of the Project the Recipient agrees to inspect the Project and the Product and perform the following maintenance tasks: • Check and repair, or cause to be repaired, all caulking, seams, fasteners and sealants to confirm proper adhesion. Repair or replace, or cause to be repaired or replaced, questionable areas with approved products and by qualified professionals. • Do a complete visual inspection of deck surface to confirm the absence of cuts or abrasions. Contact Company and Tuff if any suspect areas are located. • Never allow pressure treated lumber to contact vinyl. • Any and all leaks or water penetration of the Project or the Product are to be reported to the Company and Tuff immediately. • In connection with the Workmanship Warranty, service charges by the Company for customer-caused repairs are, as at the date of this Warranty, $ per hour (1 hour minimum); provided, however, the Recipient acknowledges and agrees that these charges may be changed by the Company upon prior notification by the Company. • Check all components of the Project and the Product for evidence of corrosion and clean, repair or replace, as applicable, components as required including, without limitation, as caused by accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, fire or act of God or if damaged by modifications, alterations or attachments made by, or other acts of, the Recipient which have not been authorized by the Company and Tuff. This is a two page document, please read the entire warranty to understand your rights and responsibilities. • The Project or the Product, or any part thereof, has been damaged by accident, vandalism, abnormal usage or abuse, misuse, negligence, fire, natural disasters (including, but not limited to, lightning, wind, hail, floods, earthquakes, xxxxx, hurricanes, tornadoes) or other act of God, settlement, warping, distortion, failure, normal weathering, cracking or movement of any deck, wall or foundation of building(s) on the Property, any damage by traffic on or about the Project or by impact of foreign objects or by contamination of the Product or of any membrane (in the case of the Workmanship Warranty) by corrosive chemicals, oils, greases, gases or any misuse, neglect or improper handling of the Project or the Product, infiltration or condensation or moisture in, through, around or above the walls, copings, HVAC systems or any part of any buildings or structures, ponding water caused by inadequate slope,...

Required Maintenance. On a scheduled basis use a soft sponge or cloth, water and mild detergent, non-abrasive soap with the pH range of 5-9 to clean the powdercoated area of dirt, grime and other debris. Pressure washing and the use of harsh detergents or chemicals is not recommended. Include in your maintenance records the following: date, time, specific products used, name of maintenance person and their designation, maintenance company name and general condition of the powder coated finish.
Required Maintenance. Required Maintenance begins on the Agreement Date and continues until all component coverage expires. TrüNorth Warranty™ has the right to deny warranty coverage if the required maintenance set forth is not performed according to these requirements. Maintenance and cleaning are not covered by TrüNorth Warranty™. i. Customer must have services completed by an OEM dealership or a licensed service facility. ii. Customer must present ALL receipts and work orders that verify the services performed. Logs or receipts that are handwritten and CANNOT be verified by the service facility ARE NOT accepted. These receipts must include: correct Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), the mileage/kilometers/hours at time of service, and date of service. iii. Class 8 requires the engine oil and filters to be replaced by a licensed service facility every six months or 25,000 miles/40,234 km (whichever occurs first) with a ten day or 2,500 miles/4,024 km tolerance. iv. Transmission and Differential fluids must be replaced within twelve months from the Agreement Date. v. DPF, EGR Valve, Doser Valve, & SCR Systems must be maintained to OEM specifications in order to validate any claim for these components. vi. The vehicle’s odometer and ECM report must be maintained and in proper working condition. Documentation of odometer and ECM changes must be submitted to TrüNorth Warranty™. vii. APU must be maintained according to OEM specifications or every six months/1000 hours (whichever occurs first) including oil and filter change(s).

TrüNorth™ has the right to deny warranty coverage if the required maintenance is not performed according to these requirements. i. DPF, EGR Valve, Doser Valve, & SCR Systems must be maintained to OEM specifications in order to validate any claim for these components.
