Teacher Training Days. Any day granted as a teacher training day, teacher institute or in-service training day by whatever name for whatever purpose is a regular workday for all classified employees a part of the bargaining unit who normally would have worked that day with the exception of ten (10) month employees. Any employee required or requested to work beyond their contractual 181 days shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay.
