Technical and scientific cooperation. The Contracting Parties shall cooperate in the identification of new diversion methods as well as appropriate countermeasures, including technical cooperation to strengthen administrative and enforcement structures in this field and promote cooperation with trade and industry. Such technical cooperation may concern, in particular, training and exchange programmes for the officials concerned as well as the equipment necessary for the implementation of this Agreement.
