Temporary Agency. Workers engaged via this Agreement by the Supplier will be insured under the Supplier’s own Employer’s Liability and Public Liability insurance policies whilst under its direction and control.

Temporary Agency. Workers a) The Company may employ Temporary/Agency workers and will be herein referred to as Temporary Workers. Such temporary workers may be hired at any time during a calendar year as necessitated by business requirements. Should any temporary worker be employed for longer than 90 days worked in a calendar year, then such worker shall thereafter be deemed covered by the terms of the Agreement and to have fulfilled 240 hours of their probationary period required of newly hired employees per the local terms. The Company, upon request or monthly, whichever is later, will provide the Union with a list of names, start dates, department, shift and total accumulated hours worked in the calendar year for each temporary employee as of the issuance of the report. b) The Company will not use temporary workers while regular full-time employees are on an involuntary daily, short-term, long-term, or indefinite layoff. It is understood that full-time employees will be considered trained and qualified if they have requested training on the job that the temporary worker is performing except where power equipment is involved or maintenance.

  • Temporary Layoff The Employer may temporarily layoff an employee for up to ninety (90) days due to an unanticipated loss of funding, revenue shortfall, lack of work, shortage of material or equipment, or other unexpected or unusual reasons. An employee will normally receive seven (7) days notice of a temporary layoff.

  • Temporary Layoffs A. The Employer may initiate a temporary layoff for up to twelve (12) working days per fiscal year. Employees will be given thirty (30) days’ notice before the effective date of a temporary layoff. Employees may request alternative temporary layoff days from their manager or supervisor and any requests will be considered and approved or denied in writing. B. A temporary layoff will not affect an employee’s incremental movement, vacation and sick leave accrual rates, or seniority. C. A temporary layoff is leave without pay. An employee may not use any leave for a temporary layoff day(s).

  • Temporary Roads As necessary to attain stabilization of roadbed and fill slopes of Temporary Roads, Purchaser shall employ such measures as out- sloping, drainage dips, and water-spreading ditches.

  • Temporary Suspension JetBrains reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to JetBrains Products if Customer or User’s use of Product is in violation of this Agreement or disrupts or imminently threatens the security, integrity, or availability of a Product.

  • Temporary The ECD for temporary employees is calculated by giving service credits for: • previous temporary employment, if there has been no break in service exceeding 3 months and employee has less than 12 months service; • previous temporary employment, if there has been no break in service exceeding 12 months and employee has greater than 12 months service. (The ECD has an impact on statutory holidays and floating holidays.)
