Temporary Wage Adjustment. Any employee who is required by management to perform the job of higher bargaining unit job classification for more than two weeks shall be compensated at the pay rate of the higher job classification for the duration of the assignment. This provision does not apply if the assigned higher level work lasts less than two (2) weeks.

Temporary Wage Adjustment. Compensation for the temporary assumption of additional duties and responsibilities may be eligible for a temporary salary adjustment. The increase is for the duration of the temporary assumption of duties. Upon request of the department head and any other required approvals within the University, the requested adjustment will be reviewed by Human Resource Services and will take into account the scope and complexity of the increase of duties, the experience of the employee, provisions within this agreement, the Fair Labor Standards Act, internal equity, external market analysis, and any other relevant laws and NIU policies.
Temporary Wage Adjustment. A bargaining unit member asked to temporarily do the work of a higher classification in excess of one (1) hour per pay period shall receive the rate of pay for the higher classification for the time worked in the higher classification, provided the work performed requires higher skill levels (pursuant to the Xxxxxx Xxxxx job classification study) than are required by the bargaining unit member in his/her current assignment.

  • Wage Adjustment Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement on the contrary, the wages of employees shall be reduced by the amount of employee contributions made by the employer pursuant to the provisions hereof.

  • Temporary Upgrade An employee in a temporary upgrade status shall have no right to grieve or arbitrate release from such temporary upgrade status.

  • Temporary Layoffs A. The Employer may initiate a temporary layoff for up to twelve (12) working days per fiscal year. Employees will be given thirty (30) days’ notice before the effective date of a temporary layoff. Employees may request alternative temporary layoff days from their manager or supervisor and any requests will be considered and approved or denied in writing.

  • Wage Adjustments If the funding available to be used for wages provided by Government in any fiscal year increases, the Employer shall pass on such increases to employees consistent with the funding increase adjusted for any additional deficits that this contract incurs. This will be the case whether the funding increase is for the entire year or simply a portion of it, and wage increases shall be effective upon the effective date of the increased funding. Should there be no increase provided by Government, wages will be maintained at their present levels. Should there be a decrease in funding, then the Employer will maintain wages at present levels. The Employer will promptly provide the Union with any information it receives from the Government regarding funding available for wages, and the parties will meet as required to work towards cooperative resolution of any issues arising from this Government information.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Temporary Suspension 13.1. JetBrains reserves the right to suspend Customer’s access to JetBrains Products if:

The day that notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a temporary schedule change.

  • Budget Adjustments The Grantee shall submit the Budget Adjustment Request [TJJD-FIS-304] to the Department for any adjustment to the original budget. The Grantee must receive written or electronic approval from the Department prior to expending the funds.
