Ten Month Secretaries. The in-school workday for ten-month secretaries shall not exceed seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours inclusive of a sixty minute duty-free lunch period. The work year for ten-month secretaries shall be from September 1 to June 30.

Ten Month Secretaries. 1. All 10 month secretaries shall work the teacher calendar.
Ten Month Secretaries. In case of absence from school on account of personal illness, non-tenured secretaries shall be allowed full pay for ten- (10) days sick leave during the school year. Secretaries newly employed after the beginning of any school year shall, at the time of employment, be credited with sick leave at the rate of one (1) day for each month or portion of a month remaining in the school year. Any portion of a month shall be considered a full month. The unused number of such days is accumulative to be used for additional sick leave as needed in subsequent years. Accumulation of sick leave for secretaries shall be set at fifteen (15) days per year beginning when the secretary receives tenure in the Moorestown Township Public Schools (hereinafter the "District"). Accumulation of sick leave above the state mandated ten (10) days per year shall not exceed one hundred (100) additional accumulated days for any secretary.
Ten Month Secretaries. Ten-month secretaries shall begin their duties on the first weekday of September and follow the 10-month secretaries' calendar until the last working day in June.
Ten Month Secretaries. During the first full or partial year of employment, ten-month secretaries shall earn one (1) day of vacation for each month of service. During the school year following the first full or partial year of employment, secretaries employed on a ten (10) month basis shall be eligible for twelve (12) vacation days. When a secretary moves from a ten-month position to a twelve-month position, any credited but unused vacation shall be carried forward and used in the new position hour for hour.
Ten Month Secretaries. The normal contract period for a ten month secretary shall be defined as 200 working days between July 1 and June 30 of each school year. Normally 183 of said working days will be included in the regular school year for students in the Mendham Township Schools. The additional seventeen (17) working days will be determined by the building Principal. It is recognized that these days will ordinarily include the time necessary for the closing of each school year and the opening of each school year, but may not be limited to this. To the extent possible, these working days will be determined annually prior to May 1st. A ten month secretary is not required to work during extended school vacations and is entitled to all other legal holidays as observed in the adopted school staff calendar.
