THE ANNUAL REVIEW. The Xxxx of the college shall prepare the Annual Review of the chairperson in the same manner as it is prepared by the chairperson for other faculty. All peer evaluations as required under Section 15.7 shall be submitted to the Xxxx. The chairperson’s Annual Review shall remain with the Xxxx so long as the chairperson holds the position. The chairperson shall have the same access to their own Annual Review as provided for all other faculty. Once the chairperson resigns the position, either to return to the teaching faculty of their department, to leave the University, or to retire, a copy of their file of Annual Reviews shall be forwarded by the Xxxx to the department for filing or other disposal in the same manner practiced within the department for all other faculty.
THE ANNUAL REVIEW. 15.1 Each faculty member is entitled to know in writing what is expected of him/her, and to be informed as to how he/she is performing his/her professional duties.
