2.1 Clause IV of the Temporary Voting Agreement ceases to be in force, in the light of the approval for the adoption of the Structure — Voluntary Exchange of PNs, which is the reason why the Parties have decided to remove it from the Temporary Voting Agreement, replacing it with the new Clause IV, which shall now read as follows:

29.3.1 All candidates must write the appropriate exam
29.3.1.1 listed below: All candidates must have the qualifications ◼ Must possess at least a two (2) year Post-Secondary technologist diploma from a recognized college in an appropriate discipline or its equivalent as determined by the Corporation ◼ Every eligible candidate must write an entrance exam and a pass mark of 60% is required on the entrance exam to appear before a Selection Board.

The Structure. 1) The QBuild Foreperson Classification structure comprises of four classification levels, with the fourth level being a temporary level. Each classification level is based on differing levels of job complexity and responsibility and will be filled according to merit.
2) Classification levels CFP1, CFP2 and CFP3 will contain four incremental pay points. Progression through these incremental levels will be based on satisfactory service for the previous twelve month period.
3) The CFP4 classification will only have one pay point and will only be available on a temporary project basis. This classification level has been included to cater for projects where permanent or temporary 6+ are requested to undertake duties above the CFP3 classification. For example, a major construction project may require a Clerk of Works type role, where the person is responsible for overseeing the complex construction work of multiple trades/contractors, including negotiating with clients, architects and other Government Agencies on a multi-million dollar project.
4) The parties agree that QBuild shall set core numbers, which may be reviewed from time to time in relation to work projections and workforce demand.
5) The parties agree that the CLV08 classification under the QBuild Field Staff Classification Structure shall be the median level to which the classification relativities are applied.
6) Pay rates under the QBuild Foreperson Classification Structure shall apply as follows: CFP4 (01)* CLV08 + 30% CFP3 (04) CLV08 + 28% CFP3 (03) CLV08 + 26% CFP3 (02) CLV08 + 24% CFP3 (01) CLV08 + 22% CFP2 (04) CLV08 + 21% CFP2 (03) CLV08 + 19% CFP2 (02) CLV08 + 17% CFP2 (01) CLV08 + 15% CFP1 (04) CLV08 + 13% CFP1 (03) CLV08 + 11% CFP1 (02) CLV08 + 9% CFP1 (01) CLV08 + 7% * This level is to be created on a temporary basis only.
The Structure. “The Reception” is the building where guests first enter the facility. Inside, there are rooms for the initial welcome interview, a meeting room for staff, a medical office, and administrative offices. “The Service Facilities” include a small building used for storage, a workshop, and areas designated for self- service laundry and cupboards. “The Multi-Purpose Sports Field and Pool” includes a pool and a multi-purpose sports field (for five-a-side football and volleyball) located within the green area, intended for recreational activities and relaxation for the guests. e
