Towers Allowance. An employee working a chimney stack, spire, tower, radio or television mast or tower, air shaft (other than above ground in a multi-storey building), cooling tower, water tower, or silo, where the construction exceeds Fifteen (15) metres in height shall be paid for all work above Fifteen (15) metres as per rate in A2 – Allowance table, and as per rate in A2 – Allowance table for work above each further Fifteen (15) metres.

27.1 The Employer will appoint the HSR (and additional Employees as required) to perform first aid duties, provided they hold a current Senior First Aid certificate (or equivalent) or Industrial First Aid certificate (or equivalent) from St. Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx, the Australian Red Cross Society or similar body, upon providing proof to the Employer, will be paid a daily allowance as follows: From Operative Date From First Pay Period 31/12/2024 From First Pay Period 31/12/2025 From First Pay Period 31/12/2026
28.1 For the purposes of this clause, Leading Hand means an Employee who is given by the Employer:
(a) the responsibility of directing and/or supervising the work of other persons; or
(b) in the case of only one person the specific responsibility of directing and/or supervising the work of that person.

Any similarly constructed building not covered by the Multi-storey allowance clause which exceeds 15 metres in height may be covered by this clause or by the Multi-storey allowance clause by agreement or where no agreement is reached by reference to the dispute resolution procedure in clause 2.1.
Towers Allowance. 18.11.1 An employee working on a chimney stack, spire, tower radio or television mast or tower, air shaft (other than above ground in a multi- storey building), lift shaft, service shaft, cooling tower or silo, where the construction exceeds fifteen metres in height shall be paid for all work above fifteen metres, in accordance with appendix B.
18.11.2 Provided that any similarly constructed building or a building not covered by 18.11.1 hereof which exceeds 15 metres in height may be covered by this subclause, or by 18.10.2(c) hereof by agreement or where no agreement is reached, by determination of the Commission.

5.10.2 Provided that any similarly constructed building or a building not covered by 5.10.1 hereof which exceeds 15 metres in height may be covered by this Clause or by agreement or where no agreement is reached, by determination of FWC. (*) See Schedule C for the amount to be paid.
