Trainee Requirements.  Trainees must complete and present 1 audit per year and have evidence of attendance at local risk management meetings.  Trainees must attend at least 60% of regional teaching sessions  Trainees should attend 10 ultrasound sessions during the ST2 year, trainee must attend a minimum of 20 ultrasound sessions during ST2-3  Trainees must attend at least 10 elective caesarean lists per year (assuming min 2,500 deliveries /unit with 20% CS rate) with 2-3 elective caesareans per list. This should be in addition to their daytime LW experience.  Trainees should attend at least 16 all day labour wards per year.  Trainees must attend supervised gynaecological emergency theatre  Trainees must attend at least 16 antenatal clinics and 16 gynaecology outpatient clinics per year.  Trainees must participate in 26 obstetric and 26 gynae senior led xxxx rounds (ST6+, consultant and/or associate specialist) in a year with dedicated time where the xxxx round is their only clinical activity scheduled.  Trainees must attend a minimum of 5 operating lists during ST1 and 15 operating lists during ST2. 8 of the 15 lists at ST2 level must be with the same supervisor.
