DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM AGREEMENT DELIVERABLES If CONTRACTOR has agreed to provide dispute resolution services to as specified in the Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall submit the following deliverables on the specified due dates: Deliverable Due Date Statistical Data and Reports as required but not limited to: a. County Statistical Reports (Monthly, Quarterly Encompassing to date number of all Performance Standard Categories and Including no. of Civil, Non- Civil, Community referrals b.   • Union Training Conditional upon prior approval of the course content and upon receipt of certification of completion, if the employee is an elected official or xxxxxxx of the Union, the City shall reimburse the employee for up to one-half of his or her regular work time spent in such training at the employee's permanent rate of pay, not to exceed twenty (20) hours of paid leave in a calendar year.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff.
