Transfer of Experience. At the time of his/her initial employment, a Teacher shall be given credit for prior teaching experience as agreed upon by the Teacher and the administration, subject to the notification of the Association, but in no case will the Teacher be given more credit than he/she actually has. The Association shall be provided all pertinent information regarding negotiations and placement.
