Transfer of Sick Leave Credits. An employee who transfers from one public agency to another in the State of Ohio, or who is reappointed or reinstated, or who transfers from one state department to another, shall be credited with the unused balance of their accumulated sick leave, provided:
A. The time between separation and reappointment does not exceed ten (10) years.
B. That written verification thereof is obtained by employee and given to the Employer upon employment or not to exceed sixty (60) days.
C. Cash payment was not received for balance of sick leave, the words, "Public Agency", as used herein include the state, counties, municipalities and townships.
Transfer of Sick Leave Credits. An Instructional Employee who is re-employed by the Board within the past ten (10) years or who transferred from the services of any public agency of the State of Ohio within the past ten (10) years preceding employment by the Board, shall be credited with the unused balance of his/her accumulated sick leave in accordance with applicable law and upon receipt of a corroborating statement from the former public employer.
Transfer of Sick Leave Credits. An employee coming directly to this Board from a Board, which has an accumulative sick leave plan, shall have such credits transferred and they shall be used in case of illness.
Transfer of Sick Leave Credits. Xxxx leave credits accruing to an employee transferring to the Board's staff from another employer, shall be credited to that employee in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act Chapter Section paragraph and amendments thereto.
Transfer of Sick Leave Credits. When an employee is appointed to a Deputy Sheriff position in the Department immediately following the employee’s separation from a position in another Career Service agency, the employee’s accumulated sick leave credits shall be transferred with the employee, up to the maximum allowed in Section 13.2 above. Further, in determining length of service for purposes of calculating the amount of payment upon separation pursuant to Section 13.3 above, continuous service in the employee’s previous Career Service position shall be counted as service in the Department, provided such service was performed immediately prior to the employee’s appointment as a Deputy Sheriff.
Transfer of Sick Leave Credits. In the case of transfer, accumulated sick leave shall be transferred with the employee and he shall receive credit in the unit to which he is transferred.
Transfer of Sick Leave Credits. In case of transfer to another County department, accumulated sick leave shall be transferred with the employee, and he/she shall receive credit in the department to which he/she is transferred.

C. Cash payment was not received for balance of sick leave. The words “public agency” as used herein include the State, Counties, Municipalities and all Boards of Education.
Transfer of Sick Leave Credits. 14.02.1 A teacher coming directly to The Upper Grand District School Board from a Board which has an accumulated sick leave plan may have such credits transferred and they may be used in case of illness but such transferred credits will not be included in calculating retirement gratuity.
14.02.2 Should a Teacher leave the employ of and later rejoin the Upper Grand District School Board Staff, sick leave credits shall be carried over from the first (1st) to the second (2nd) period. If, however, the teacher retires and later rejoins the Upper Grand District School Board staff, sick leave credits shall not be carried forward. If a teacher is away from the Upper Grand District School Board staff on a leave of absence, granted by the Board, the A.S.L. credits shall carry on with no credits given for the period of absence.
Transfer of Sick Leave Credits. The Parties agree that an employee may, by indicating in writing, have sick days accumulated in name, transferred to the credit of any other employee. Such transfers of sick days will be made by determining the prorated daily rate of the transferring employee, and dividing that value by the prorated daily rate of the benefiting employee. This dividend shall then be rounded to the nearest decimal five and this shall be the number of sick days added to the benefiting employee's credit.
