Service Agency. Prime Contractor hereby appoints Subcontractor as its primary service subcontractor within Subcontractor Serviceable Areas, as defined in Appendix B, for the maintenance of the equipment listed in Appendix "A" hereto, (collectively and/or individually designated as "Equipment").
