Transit Subsidies. Upon request, the City shall provide a tax-free employer-paid Commuter Check subsidy of $20 per month that the employee may use for any Bay Area transit service or to pay for a qualified monthly vanpool fare. The City shall also provide employees the opportunity to set aside income on a pre-tax basis for a qualified transportation benefit through payroll deduction up to the maximum allowed by the Federal tax code. For the period that the Center Street Parking lot is closed only, upon request from employees in this unit that are regularly assigned work location is in the City of Berkeley downtown area, the City shall provide a tax-free employer-paid Commuter Check subsidy of $30 per month that the employee may use for any Bay Area transit service or to pay for a qualified monthly vanpool fare. The Berkeley downtown area is defined as the zoning definition of between Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xx. Way and Oxford Street to the west and east; and Hearst Avenue and Xxxxxx Way from the north to south.

  • Office Visit Copayments In each year of the Agreement, the level of the office visit copayment applicable to an employee and dependents is based upon whether the employee has completed the on-line Health Assessment during open enrollment and has agreed to opt-in for health coaching.
