Transportation Systems Management. The County agrees that the availability of alternative/flexible work schedules is a valuable benefit to workers in that they promote job satisfaction while also reducing traffic congestion and air pollution. The parties agree to work together to achieve the many benefits of Transportation Systems Management. To that end, the parties agree that, at the request of either party, the parties shall meet and confer regarding the establishment of alternative work schedules (4/10, 9/80, flex time, job sharing, etc.), voluntary time off, expansion of the telecommuting prototype, and other related issues. The County may, on a department by department, division by division, or unit by unit basis, offer alternative work week options. Such options may include, but are not limited to, 4/10 workweek, 9/80 scheduling, flexible schedules and job sharing. Should a department or division agree to enter into an alternative workweek agreement, the department, except in cases of emergency as provided below, also agrees to meet with the Union as soon as any problems with the alternative schedules are identified. Except in cases of emergency, alternative schedules shall not be discontinued without such a meeting taking place. In all decisions regarding alternative work schedules, the department head’s decision is final. In cases of emergency, when the foregoing procedure is not practical or in the best public interest, the County may adopt or put into practice immediately such measures as required. At the earliest practicable date thereafter, the Union shall be provided with the notice described in the preceding paragraph, and be given an opportunity to meet with the appropriate management representative(s).
Transportation Systems Management. (a) The Applicant shall prepare and implement a Transportation Systems Management (“TSM”) program upon issuance of certificates of occupancy for Phase II development which will divert a number of vehicle trips from the PM peak hour which is consistent with the assumptions used to prepare the Phase II traffic analysis. The plan shall be reviewed by Pasco and Hillsborough Counties, the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority, the Pasco MPO, the TBRPC and DOT, as appropriate. (b) The TSM program shall include a yearly assessment of the actual achievement of vehicle trips diverted from the peak hour as a result of the TSM measures. This assessment shall also include sufficient and appropriate documentation for all diversions claimed as a result of implementation of each TSM measure. Results of the TSM program shall be included in the annual report. (c) If the annual report indicates that the total trip diversions identified in the Application are not being met, Pasco County shall conduct a substantial deviation determination pursuant to Subsection 380.06(19), Florida Statutes, as amended, and amend the Development Order to change TSM objectives and/or require additional roadway improvements. The results of the TSM study may serve as a basis for the Developer or reviewing agencies to request DO amendments. (d) In addition, this TSM program shall be developed in cooperation with DOT, the Pasco and Hillsborough MPOs, the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority and TBRPC. This program shall seek to implement and will be measured by the TSM objectives and policies set forth in the Florida Transportation Plan and shall include, but not be limited to: “Policy: Promote ridesharing by public and private sector employees. • Increase urban area peak hour automobile occupancy rates by 10% by 1995 through expanded ridesharing efforts. • Increase peak hour occupancy rates for transit and other high occupancy vehicles by 20% by 1995.”

Related to Transportation Systems Management

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Virus Management DST shall maintain a malware protection program designed to deter malware infections, detect the presence of malware within DST environment.

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Project. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.2 Developer shall prepare and submit to TxDOT and the Independent Engineer for TxDOT approval a Traffic Management Plan for managing traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities after the commencement of traffic operations on any portion of the Project, addressing (a) orderly and safe movement and diversion of traffic on Related Transportation Facilities during Project construction, (b) orderly and safe movement of traffic on the Project and (c) orderly and safe diversion of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities necessary in connection with field maintenance and repair work or Renewal Work or in response to Incidents, Emergencies and lane closures. Developer shall prepare the Traffic Management Plan according to the schedule set forth in the Technical Provisions. The Traffic Management Plan shall comply with the Technical Provisions and Technical Documents concerning traffic management and traffic operations. Developer shall carry out all traffic management during the Term in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.3 Developer shall implement the Traffic Management Plan to promote safe and efficient operation of the Project and Related Transportation Facilities at all times during the course of any construction or operation of the Project and during the Utility Adjustment Work. 9.2.4 TxDOT shall have at all times, without obligation or liability to Developer, the right 9.2.4.1 Issue Directive Letters to Developer regarding traffic management 9.2.4.2 Provide on the Project, via message signs or other means consistent with Good Industry Practice, non-Discriminatory traveler and driver information, and other public information (e.g. amber alerts), provided that the means to disseminate such information does not materially interfere with the functioning of the ETCS.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

Occupant Education and Engagement o Install or enable software that powers down computers when not in use, and ensure that all computer monitors have a “sleep mode” enabled. o Ensure that every employee has a power strip and turns the strip with an “off” switch for electronic devices. o Encourage staff to use task lighting that accommodates fluorescent bulbs, rather than halogen lamps. o Provide mugs or encourage staff to bring their own reusable mugs, plates, and utensils for the kitchen area. Keep the kitchen area stocked with dish cleaning supplies if a dishwasher is not available. o Start a physical or electronic bulletin board for “green tips”, news, and ideas. o Ask the Property Manager for training to properly operate controls, including shades, lights, thermostats, etc. o Advise employees to dress appropriately for the weather as building temperatures will be set at the lowest or highest end of the ASHRAE standard range depending on the outside temperature.
