Turnarounds. During the course of a project the work schedule may provide for turnaround periods to allow employees reasonable time off. This time and cost reimbursement will be subject to agreement by the Employer and Union at the pre-job conference.
Turnarounds. Where an employee is working beyond daily commuting distance and is required to work for twenty-four (24) consecutive days without a day off the employee will be provided with four days leave and will be paid a transportation allowance of $174.00. The transportation allowance will only be paid on the condition the employee returns to the jobsite upon the completion of his four days leave and will be paid upon his return to the site.
Turnarounds. Turnarounds shall be no larger than 50 feet long and 30 feet wide. Locations shall be subject to written approval by the Contract Administrator.
Turnarounds. Purchaser shall construct turnarounds as designated on the ROCK LIST. Turnarounds must be no larger than 30 feet long and 30 feet wide.
Turnarounds. (a) On jobs located beyond a Three Hundred (300) km radius to a maximum of Four Hundred and Seventy-five (475) km from the centre of Edmonton or Calgary or other hiring hall location, the Employer shall:
(i) Pay an allowance of $168.00 after twenty-five regularly scheduled straight time days worked (twenty days where compressed work weeks are in effect) on the job and thereafter for each subsequent Twenty-Five (25) regularly scheduled straight time days worked (twenty days where compressed work weeks are in effect) on the job.
Turnarounds. A Contractor may reject any referral for any lawful reason. Refusal by a Contractor to employ the dispatched worker (such refusal also a “turnaround”), requires a written explanation from the Contractor that shall be copied to the Prime Contractor (if different), SPS and the affected Union, within two business days. SPS shall make such turnaround explanations available in a timely way to other interested stakeholders, redacted as appropriate and subject to limitations of law.
Turnarounds. 29.1 At the pairing build stage the minimum connection time between Sectors will be 30 minutes.
29.2 Despite the above, where there is a change of aircraft, the minimum preferred connection time between Sectors will be 40 minutes.

13.05 For selected projects with peculiar geographic circumstances, the Employer may establish alternative or amended policies for transportation, travel, and lodging. Such alternative or amended policies will be established for the duration of the project and will require the mutual agreement of the Employer and the Union.

(i) Pay an allowance of One Hundred and Forty Dollars ($140.00) after twenty-five regularly scheduled straight time days worked (twenty days where compressed work weeks are in effect) on the job and thereafter for each subsequent Twenty-Five (25) regularly scheduled straight time days worked (twenty days where compressed work weeks are in effect) on the job. Where the Employee accepts Employer supplied transportation he shall not be entitled to the above allowance.
(ii) Allow Employees Five (5) working days leave after each twenty-five regularly scheduled straight time days worked (twenty days where compressed work weeks are in effect) on the job.
(b) On jobs located beyond a Four Hundred and Seventy-five (475) km radius from the centre of Edmonton or Calgary or other hiring hall location, the Employer shall:
(i) Provide a negotiated transportation allowance, not to exceed scheduled air line air fare where scheduled air service is available, or pay an allowance of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) where airline service is not available, after twenty-five regularly scheduled straight time days worked (twenty days where compressed work weeks are in effect) on the job and thereafter for each subsequent twenty-five regularly scheduled straight time days worked (twenty days where compressed work weeks are in effect) on the job.
(ii) Allow Employees Five (5) working days leave after each twenty-five regularly scheduled straight time days worked (twenty days where compressed work weeks are in effect) on the job.
(c) It is further understood and agreed that the above described trips be on a rotation basis, at a time authorized in advance by the Employer and at no time more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the working force shall be on such home leave.
(d) Where there is employer supplied weekly bus transportation the employee shall not be entitled to the above allowances, save and except that the Employee shall remain eligible for rotational leave.
(e) Rotational Allowance will not be paid to employees who terminate their employment and are paid terminal travel allowance
Turnarounds. All dead-end fire apparatus access roads in excess of 150 feet in length shall be provided with approved provisions for the turning around of z fire apparatus. (i)
