Union Negotiating Team. Up to two (2) Union members designated by the Union as being on the Bargaining Unit’s negotiating team who are scheduled to work on a day on which negotiations will occur, shall, for the purpose of attending scheduled negotiations, be excused from their regular duties without loss of pay. If a designated bargaining unit member on the negotiating team is in regular day-off status on the day of negotiations, he/she will not be compensated for attending the session.
Union Negotiating Team. The employer agrees to allow up to three (3) bargaining unit members from the Communication Technician unit to serve on the bargaining unit negotiating team. These members will be chosen by members of their unit. These members along with a representative from the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council shall serve as the bargaining team during negotiations with the Sheriff. The Union shall notify the Sheriff in writing the names and shift assignments of the committee.

Up to six (6) members designated as being on the Bargaining Unit’s negotiating team who are scheduled to work on a day on which negotiations will occur, shall, for the purpose of attending scheduled negotiations, be excused from their regular duties without pay. If a designated bargaining unit member on the negotiating team is in regular day-off status on the day of negotiations, he/she will not be compensated for attending the session.
Union Negotiating Team. The Union's Negotiating Team shall consist of not more than five (5) members, four (4)of whom may be employees. City employees participating in such negotiations will be allowed to do so without loss of pay. The Union and City may mutually agree to a different number of negotiating team members, appointing an equal number of representatives from labor and management.
