Union Negotiating Team. Members designated as being on the Union negotiating team who are scheduled to work on a day on which negotiations will occur, shall, for the time spent at negotiations, be excused from their regular duties without loss of pay. If a designated Union negotiating team member is a regular day‐off status on the day of negotiations, he will not be compensated for attending the session.

Union Negotiating Team. The employer agrees to allow up to three (3) bargaining unit members from the Communication Technician unit to serve on the bargaining unit negotiating team. These members will be chosen by members of their unit. These members along with a representative from the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council shall serve as the bargaining team during negotiations with the Sheriff. The Union shall notify the Sheriff in writing the names and shift assignments of the committee.
Union Negotiating Team. Up to six (6) members designated as being on the Bargaining Unit’s negotiating team who are scheduled to work on a day on which negotiations will occur, shall, for the purpose of attending scheduled negotiations, be excused from their regular duties without pay. If a designated bargaining unit member on the negotiating team is in regular day-off status on the day of negotiations, he/she will not be compensated for attending the session.
Union Negotiating Team. The Union's Negotiating Team shall consist of not more than five (5) members, four (4)of whom may be employees. City employees participating in such negotiations will be allowed to do so without loss of pay. The Union and City may mutually agree to a different number of negotiating team members, appointing an equal number of representatives from labor and management.

  • Central Negotiating Team In central bargaining between the Ontario Nurses' Association and the Participating Hospitals, a nurse serving on the Union's Central Negotiating Team shall be paid for time lost from the nurse's regularly scheduled straight time working hours at her or his regular rate of pay, and without loss of leave credits, for attending central negotiating meetings with the Hospitals' Central Negotiating Committee up to, but not including, arbitration. Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of preparation for negotiations. The Union will advise the Hospitals concerned, as far in advance as possible, of the dates for which leave is being requested. Upon reference to arbitration, the Central Negotiating Team members shall receive unpaid time off for the purpose of attending arbitration hearings.

  • Negotiating Team ‌ The Association shall be allowed the following maximum number of paid employees from each facility as a member of the Negotiating Team with the Agency assuming no overtime obligations as a result of employees’ attendance at such meetings:  SACU: one (1) per house and one (1) Outreach Nurse  Xxxxxxxxx Cottage: one (1) At the discretion of the Association, a reasonable number of unpaid employees may attend negotiation sessions as observers. Consultants may be employed by either party.

  • Negotiating Teams The Board, or designated representatives appointed to serve on its team, will meet with representatives designated by the Association for the purpose of establishing procedures for negotiating and reaching mutually satisfactory agreements. Each party's negotiating team shall consist of not more than five members.

  • Union Negotiating Committee Leave of absence shall be granted to not more than seven (7) employee representatives selected to negotiate the renewal of the Collective Agreement for necessary time off including travel time, direct negotiating time, and necessary preparation time.   • Referred Participating Teacher a. A Referred Participating Teacher is a teacher with permanent status who has been referred to receive assistance to improve his or her instructional skills, classroom management, knowledge of subject, and/or related aspects of his or her teaching performance as a result of an unsatisfactory Summary Evaluation.

  • Consulting Teacher Under the direction of the Principal, the consulting teacher is responsible for the student support program. This means supplementing the instructional and behavioral management program for identified special needs students.
