Union Resources. 59.01 The Employer agrees to provide the Union with:
(a) three (3) telephones / lines with voice mail boxes once a new telephone system is installed;
(b) up to five (5) mail slots;
(c) use of a meeting or training room for meetings where it is not otherwise required by the Employer;
(d) a locking file cabinet;
(e) a Union office, with three (3) desks and three (3) chairs
(f) athree (3) computers and a printer, and
(g) use of the boardroom when it is available.
59.02 The Employer will use its best efforts not to move the Union office from its current position in the maintenance building.
Union Resources. That the Agreement provide for 50% centrally funded time release for the NTEU Branch President.
Union Resources. Contemporary agreements should contain matters related to the employment relationship, and not matters related to facilities or provision of services to a union. Xxxxxxx seeks to cover provision of facilities to the NTEU in a separate commercial agreement.

(e) A Union office, with three (3) desks and three (3) chairs;
(f) Three (3) computers, keyboards and a printer;
(g) Use of the boardroom when needed, subject to business and operational requirements;
(h) Internet access and;
(i) Two (2) companion phones.
Union Resources. Where a room is available, the Union may schedule meetings at the Health Centre, when approved by the employer.

The Health Centre will provide the ONA Bargaining Unit President access to a computer, an email account and a designated telephone extension to be utilized as per the hospital policies. The Health Centre will also provide a location for a locked cabinet for use by the ONA Bargaining Unit representatives to store Union files. (b) Unions may use a designated email address and internal mail systems to communicate on industrial issues with the members of staff they represent.
(c) The University will provide at least one fully equipped office for the use of the Unions.
(d) Unions will be provided with access to designated notice boards within the University to display Union material.
(e) Staff members who are members of the Union may access Trade Union Leave, as per clause 40.
(f) The activities of staff members involved in the PSCC will be recognised as part of their University duties for the purposes of workload management. The relevant supervisor will be advised of the staff member’s involvement, in writing, including prior notice of PSCC commitments.

(e) Staff members who are members of the Union may access Trade Union Leave, as per clause 25 Leave Entitlements.
(f) The activities of staff members involved in the Academic Consultative Committee (ACC) will be recognised as part of their University duties for the purposes of workload management. The relevant supervisor will be advised of the staff member’s involvement, in writing, including prior notice of ACC commitments.
