Use and Conduct. Resident may use and occupy the Premises for residential student housing purposes only. Resident may not conduct any commercial enterprise in the Premises. Resident shall cooperate and adjust to the concept and requirements of living in a student residence environment and shall not allow any disruptive behavior or conduct in the Premises or any nuisance in the Premises. Resident may not have any handgun; firearm; weapon of any type; explosive, flammable or hazardous substance; or anything else of a dangerous nature in the Premises. Resident may not allow the misuse of alcoholic beverages in violation of State law or University Hill Apartments rules and regulation, or the possession, use, sale or manufacture of illegal narcotics, marijuana, hypnotics, stimulants, hallucinogens or other similar known illegal drugs and/or chemicals in the Premises by Resident or Resident’s guests.
Use and Conduct. 3.2.1 The potential risks of an accident or injury are numerous on an allotment garden (trips, falls, blunt gardening equipment etc.) You therefore use the allotment garden at your own personal risk, and CTC is not liable for any personal injury sustained whilst using the allotment gardens.
3.2.2 The tenant shall reside within the Parish boundaries of Camelford during the tenancy, unless a prior agreement has been made.
3.2.3 You shall use the Allotment Garden only for the cultivation of fruit, vegetable and flowers for use and consumption by themselves and their family and for no other purpose and not for profit.
3.2.4 The tenant shall keep the Allotment Garden clean and in a good state of fertility and cultivation.
3.2.5 The tenant shall not enter onto any other plot at any time without the express permission of that plot holder.
3.2.6 Any children that accompany the plot holder or any persons accompanying the plot holder may not at any time enter onto another plot without the express permission of that plot holder. The plot holder has full responsibility for the actions of children and others entering the site with your permission.
3.2.7 The tenant must not cause any nuisance or annoyance to other plot holders of the allotment site and must conduct themselves appropriately at all times.
3.2.8 You shall not undertake any illegal activity on the Allotment land.
3.2.9 Trim and keep in decent order all pathways and xxxxxx forming part of the Allotment Garden.
3.2.10 You will NOT use barbed wire for a fence adjoining any path set out by CTC for the use of the occupiers of the Allotment Gardens.
3.2.11 You will be responsible for ensuring that any person present in the Allotment Garden with or without the tenant’s permission does not suffer personal injury or damage to property.
3.2.12 You will permit an inspection of the Allotment Garden at all times by CTC’s employees or agents;
3.2.13 You will NOT obstruct or permit the obstruction of any of the paths or roads which provide a means of access to and from the Allotment Garden or the Allotment Garden of another tenant.

3.2.3 Any children that accompany the plot holder or any persons accompanying the plot holder may not at any time enter onto another plot without the express permission of that plot holder. Use and Conduct i) I will move in on the first day of my Residency Period at the time designated in the information sent to me regarding my induction unless I agree otherwise with the Accommodation Office in writing.
ii) Only I am allowed to live in the Room. I will not assign the Tenancy nor sublet the Room nor allow others to share or occupy it.
iii) When I have an overnight visitor, I will register them with Reception. I understand such overnight visitors must be over the age of 16 and that I may not have overnight visitors for more than eight nights (whether consecutive or not) in one calendar month. I also understand I may have only one overnight visitor at a time and I am responsible for the behaviour of any visitor.
iv) I will only use the Room and the Common Parts for private residential purposes unless in connection with an academic project approved by the University.
v) I will not smoke anywhere in the Room or Hall and or anywhere within 10 metres of any building forming part of the Hall
vi) I will not bring into or keep any of the following in the Room or Hall: • Bring into the Hall any animal (this includes mammals, fish, birds, inspects and reptiles) unless it is an aid for a person with a disability. If I wish to bring an animal as an aid for a person with a disability I understand I must notify the University and receive permission (which will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) in advance • Illegal drugs or substances whether for my own use or otherwise; • Weapons or imitation weapons; • Liquid or gaseous fuel, noxious or explosive substances or gas, paraffin or a gas heater or cooker; • Anything which xxxxx with a naked flame or smoulders, including but not exclusive to candles, oil lamps or incense burners; • Any furniture or electrical equipment that does not comply with current British Standards and statutory regulations; • Bicycles, save in areas designated by the University and/or UPP; • A vehicle or vehicle parts.
vii) I will use reasonable endeavours to avoid careless activation of the fire alarm (for example burning food whilst cooking or showering with the bathroom door open) and I will pay any charges levied by third parties such as the local fire authority for attending false alarms.
viii) I will complete any mandatory fire and safety training, whether online or in person, as instructed by the University or UPP’I will not tamper with, misuse or cover the heat detectors or smoke sensors or any other fire detection or fire-fighting or fire...

Tenant may not have any handgun, firearm, or weapon of any type or any explosive flammable or hazardous substance, or anything else of a dangerous nature in the Premises. Tenant may not allow the misuse of alcoholic beverages in violation of State law or Xxxxx Student Living rules and regulations, or the possession, use, sale or manufacture of illegal narcotics, marijuana, hypnotics, stimulants, hallucinogens or other similar known harmful or habit-forming drugs and/or chemicals in the Premises or at Xxxxx Student Living by Tenant or Tenant’s guests.

Use and Conduct. We ask that the HOST and guests use the premises in a considerate manner which includes no smoking or drug use of any kind on the premises or property. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence is not permitted. If a violation is identified, the HOST will be notified, and the violating guest will be asked to leave. If a second violation is identified, the HOST will be notified, the violating guest will be asked to leave, and an announcement will be made that any further violation will result in the immediate termination of the event.
