Use of School Equipment and Facilities. A. The Union shall have the reasonable use of typewriters, photocopy machines, computers, telephones, and other communication systems, including email and bulletin boards, for the conduct of its business as long as there is no interference with the normal operation of the school, does not occur during Teacher work hours, and complies with the District’s acceptable technology use policy.
Use of School Equipment and Facilities. The Association will be allowed to use equipment and school facilities for local meetings before or after school if it does not interfere with normal school operation. The Association will pay for consumable materials it uses.
Use of School Equipment and Facilities. No employee shall use school equipment or facilities for personal gain, monetary or otherwise.

Use of School Equipment and Facilities. 2.4.1 The Union shall have the right to use school facilities during reasonable hours for the purposes of meetings concerned with the rights guaranteed in the Educational Employment Relations Act, provided that there is no conflict with a scheduled activity. The Union may utilize school equipment in conjunction with meetings with its members.

The local Association shall have reasonable use of school equipment, and the reasonable use of meeting rooms and facilities for the conduct of its business, provided, however, that the foregoing shall not interfere with the operation of the instructional program, a co-curricular program, the extracurricular program, or community activities.
Use of School Equipment and Facilities. The Association may have access to school equipment and facilities according to the procedures established by Board policy for any other member of the public.

Consistent with legal requirements and subject to priority use by the School, the Union shall have the right to use school equipment and facilities during non-work time solely for Union purposes. The Union shall replace or be responsible for the cost of any supplies or materials used in connection with such equipment and facilities. The Union shall follow the same process as for all public requests to use school facilities in the event that the Union requests availability outside of the school’s regular business hours.
Use of School Equipment and Facilities is not to interfere with the instructional program or administrative needs and at all times with the approval of the building principal.
Use of School Equipment and Facilities. Consistent with legal requirements and subject to priority use by DCP, SBEU shall have the right to use DCP facilities and non-consumable equipment during non-work time for SBEU purposes specific to members of the DCP community and their CTA representatives. SBEU shall be responsible for reasonable costs relating to their use of DCP facilities and non-consumable equipment. If SBEU wishes to host meetings with external parties, they will complete a Facilities Use Agreement with DCP.
