Vacation Eligibility and Schedule. Employees working under this Agreement shall receive paid vacations in accordance with the following schedule provided they are eligible. An employee's vacation eligibility year shall be defined as the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the employee's anniversary date of hiring and in yearly periods thereafter. Such shall be accrued on a bi-weekly basis in accordance with the below schedule.
